I have been wearing frankie4s for a couple of years now. They are definitely incredibly comfy shoes. However I have found the quality has declined of late. I would expect shoes that cost in the vicinity of $200 to $250 to be better quality than the ones currently made. I don't know if there has been a chnage in supplier? Not sure. I had to send a pair of Elizabeth's back straight away as the back started peeling and heel started wearing away only after a few wears. I then bought a pair of poppy's and they have also wore down a lot quicker than I would have liked. It's a shame because it's hard to find comfy shoes. I might take a gamble again one day and buy another pair of frankies but if they are poor quality I will be sending them back

The shoes purchased Adelaide II are incredibly comfortable and I swear by them. I haven’t worn any different shoes since purchased. Well worth the price. Have been back since to buy different shoes.

I have wide flat feet so I'm always asking online support whether certain shoes will suit my feet. After trying my Hannah's on with what I thought was all my footbeds and having no luck I jumped on the chat to find my alternatives, they were very helpful and we're able to pair up two different footbeds in my pack to get the perfect fit for me very happy

I bought my first pair of frankie4 s after seeing reviews in a forum for work. I decided to try frankie 4 as i have problems with my feet and I am on my feet all day.

I received my shoes within 2days of order but unfortunately I needed to get a new size.

Frankie4 footwear team and customer support literally went above and beyond for me. I inquired about sizing and fit. I sent my inquiry to customer care who offered to view pictures of my feet on the soles and they gave me size advice, as well as help selecting the right sole for my foot type, which came with my shoes.

Frankie 4 made the returning process easy and I felt as though they genuinely cared about my feet. And wanted to help me find the best fit and shoe size right for me.

I am not one to leave reviews but after dealing with them through there customer care. I honestly could not be happier buying a brand which will now be my number one.

Visited the Mosman store and they were very busy. I was fitted for some shoes that weren't quite perfect. I spoke on live chat to Emily who suggested a solution. I do wish that in-store they had offered a bit more support/options for the fitting issue I had. Other than that, customer service is fantastic.

Helpful staff, accommodating and able to answer my questions around sizing (width and length as I have a extra wide fit). I have trouble finding non-sneakers but the team here have been really good at recommending styles that will offer more space for my orthotics too.

Amazing experience with Melanie in customer support. I bought a pair of boots and shortly after had received a promo code that I was hoping could still be applied. Melanie was so kind and lovely, within 5 mins she had applied my discount code, organised a refund of the difference and just made me feel amazing about the boots I have ordered. Fantastic service, made simple! I was after the Jackie shoe in a sold out size, so hopped on to live chat - Jasmine was able to solve it in a couple of minutes and help me find my closest store with stock to place a phone order. Absolute dream! Beautiful shoes too - I have a pair of boots still going strong after years of near-constant winter wear. Highly recommend Frankie4!

I went to the Camberwell Store to try on some shoes, unfortunately they didn't have the style I wanted in my size, so they arranged for them to be sent from the Windsor store. Unfortunately there was an error recording my email address, so I didn't receive any confirmation. A few days later I decided to contact them through Facebook as the Camberwell store was closed due to lockdown. Sharna responded within 20mins with a tracking number and confirmation they were due to arrive today. She then updated my email so I could recieve my receipt. Thanks for the helpful service. Hopefully I am back at work soon and able to wear my new shoes!

Awesome service from the Frankie4 team. I have made two online purchases from Frankie4. Unfortunately one pair had to be returned as they did not fit me properly - my fault, not theirs. Great service via live chat (shout out to Sharna - you are fantastic) who assisted me with arranging the return in a matter of minutes.
