Foot Locker

Spent nearly $300 on shoes got them home wore them around the house found I definitely need a half soze bigger. Most shoe stores I shop at would return them for a slightly bigger size. I can say me and all my mates won’t be shopping here again.

They need to fix their system. It’s really not working. Had to wait for ages and ask multiple times if my shoe size was coming. They were getting sizes wrong and the staff seemed confused and not with it. I really expect more from foot locker.

Really impressed from start to finish, phone call inquiry was handled well and in store we could not have asked for more care and attention. Guk had specific advice for our young elite basketballer and he made sure we got the best shoe for his needs, which included orthotics and ankle support. Great to see the whole team enjoying their work, right up to well after closing time.sorry about that

Look this store for the last 3 months smells like old KFC food and sweat and they need to invest in a few cans of glen 20 and you need to update your shoes more often bruh

They didn’t have my shoe size but they knew where I could fine it. Right over the street for the same price. Much appreciated/super helpful.

I've called over 10 times in the space of an hour and no one answered I even called at 9am on the dot! Brisbane city store should be embarrassed with the service they provide. Not happpy!

Been a few times now and was totally looked after politely and provisionally. Took my son in the other day and Guk fully gave us all his attention untill we had the right shoe and fit.

From 10am the moment store opened I tried calling to see if they have an iyen in stock. 15 calls later over a 45min time period and still no one bothered to answer the phone. So I went into store and called out of curiosity and staff just stood around doing nothing ignoring the call.
