Been trying to call there number to see if they have an item in stock for 2 days and the same automated message keeps playing. Do they not have a phone or just don’t want to pick up?

Kyle from the Brisbane sure served us today. Polite, professional, excellent person skills plus he was a good looking guy. We will definitely be going back to that store because of Kyle's service. He is asset to that store.

Rude customer service. We stood around looking clueless yet no one came up to help. Had to go to them to help and asked for a shoe where they did bring it out but just to stand there cluelessly and not talk to us at all. Even when we were talking to her she wasn’t paying any attention and just staring at her other colleagues. Went to get socks and stood at the counter top for 5 minutes with no help while the other girl again just stood still with her head in the clouds and had to yell to get some help. Very stuck up, rude and not friendly staff with no customer service at all. Not a simple hi, giving any suggestions or even just looking in our general direction paying any attention. Definitely will be shopping elsewhere next time.

Rude staff and terrible customer service! I stood in front of the checkout counter, waiting to checkout, and found that all the l staff were gathered to chat and no one was willing to help me. While serving, no hello, no sorry and no thank you.

The customer services here is shocking, I stood in the store looking for service when I approached someone they walked of, felt like it was deliberate so they could avoid attending a customer, all the staff were standing in a circle towards the back, no one around to help anyone, worst store to go to if you need help.

My friend Lucky, he’s really friendly and with great service! I like his attitude and humor. And plz don’t play the same music again and again. My man can do DJ better

I have bought few AF1 jordans and Dunks from Brisbane store. Majority of the store staff are pretty good. It is just last time in a new store in Brisbane CBD, one staff who was short in height told me that size of the dunk i was looking for was not available and then after next moment, other staff member who checked and said yes we have size available. Staff should check before saying yes or no. I am still giving 5 stars as I like this store.

Terrible, bunch of snobby staff. Just try this place with your friend and ask the same shoe if they have in stock and you will get completely two different answers. Really disgusting service

A lot of cool shoes, great service with helping out getting the right size. But i wish they actually gave you a more personal advice of what kind of shoe ur feet need. All i got was "yeah this is comfy" that doesn't give me much to go on when i say i need high support for my feet. For that matter comfy really doesn't matter. I know it's the customers final choice. But sometimes you want someone to say, this is the shoe you need. Maybe i went to the wrong store for that kind of service

Unbelievably happy I managed to get my hands on a pair of these top notch AJ6 in white and midnight blue. Very rare you can just walk in to a store these days and score a pair of Retro old school Jordan’s, thanks once again to Guk in the Brisbane city CBD store

I was looking for right type of shoes for my work.and picked up wrong shoes by mistake. I was worried will I be able to exchange or try something else until I met ISAAC (customer service representative). This guy not even showed me shoes, right for my work but also guided me well with other shoes by quickly showing me pairs. Really happy with amazing experience of his and felt lucky to receive awesome customer service. Thanks to ISAAC. Definitely recommend this place for shoes.

Had a wonderful experience shopping in store today. A lovely girl assisted me and helped me find the perfect gifts. I believe she said her name is Tara. She was super helpful, patient and kind. Will definitely be coming back

Every staff member was friendly and professional, and all made a huge effort to help us with our requests. The store manager was brilliant, and went out of his way to help. We were very grateful and will definitely choose this store for other purchases.

I ordered a pair of shoes. I never received them and found out they got returned to sender. Even though I had the correct address and gave Foot Locker all my contact information. I contacted them on the phone today and was told that my shoes will no longer be sent to me and that a refund will occur. And that if I want the shoes, i’d have to re order them. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNFAIR. It doesn’t make sense that you don’t just re direct the parcel back to me. Shoes sell out like hot cakes. I waited for the time these shoes released and ordered them straight away and now I no longer get my shoes? ! Beyond ridiculous.

Walked around in store for about 10 minutes and was stared at and ignored the whole time and it wasn’t very busy at all. Was planning on buying shoes but guess I saved some money.

We had a bad experience at this store. We were looking for shoes for my wife. A staff member pointed us at the wall of women’s shoes and then walked off. He was no help at all. Customer service was really awful

Walked in looking for shoes but staff more interested in talking to eachother and having a good time than helping customers so I walked out again.
