How does a reselling store next door gets all the footlocker release? Please explain to the public?

Isaac was was very helpful to find my basketball shoes we tried on many it took a hour or two but very helpful all the way through

Excellent customer service from one of the staff today - Frazer - tall guy with dark hair. Recommended some great options and very attentive. Definitely can recommend this store.

I visited the store with my daughter last night. We had just come from another shop we had been disappointed in and these guys were amazing! There were heaps of staff and they were all really friendly and knowledgeable. We were actually in the store for a while because my daughter has trouble finding comfy shoes, and making decisions in general! They were so patient. I also bought myself a pair and they were really good at noticing my shoe size from sight. I have really small feet. One of the girls picked that up and got the right size straight away. I actually wasn't intending on buying shoes last night but ended up buying a pair each and super happy I did.

The staff is very patient, very kind, polite and very informative, even though I spent a lot of time to choose because of my feet condition. They have scale to check your feet size and condition for easier to find suitable shoes.

Went in twice in a week, first time the staff weren't overly helpful, didn't seem interested in making sales. Second time we went in, got 3 helpful staff and 1 of them was outstanding and very clearly knew a lot about shoes. Went above and beyond for my husband who has large feet and finds it hard to find stylish shoes. The young man brought out every shoe in his size and told us info about each of them. So I guess it just depends when you go in and who is working.

Great service from everyone working today. The guy at the door was friendly upon entry as well as the others on the floor restocking products and at the register. They were really helpful and even let me know about the 10% discount received if I download the locker app so I saved me some money. Thanks guys

Isaac was our salesman today and he was FANTASTIC! He spent so much time with my son working out which shoe was most suitable. He really went above and beyond for us!

Customer service was amazing! Staffs know their stuff! Everything that I have experienced at this store was beyond my expectation! Only one thing, too many incredible shoes, hard to make a decision about which one should I purchase️

Ordered online a $420 worth of pair of shoe, the order was dispatched from this store.today received the the order, only found one single shoe in the box.

Worst customer service, especially that guy named mike. Very rude when we got there. Hope management will something about this. Wont ever go back to that store.

Guk and josh were absolute legends. There’s a reason these big businesses thrive and it’s because of good customer service. Josh was the reason I ended up considering getting a pair of kicks and guk was the man who made the “slipper fit”. I always have trouble with making shoes fit and guk legit just looked at my feet and got the perfect size and they fit instantly.

Julian in the Albert Street mall has gone above and beyond to help me, esp being handicapped, have been back a 2nd time to buy again from him

Went in during the week to try and buy my son some LeBron 17s of which they had no sizes. Showed us the new Kyries which they said we could not try on until Friday and to turn up about 8.30 because as they would only have limited stock in size 14. I took the day off work and paid for parking again to find out they had issued tickets during the week and would not let us in. Foot locker we have spent a lot of money in your stores over the years with two yearlyschool shoes runners football boots etc. Today you lost us as a customer for good. We do not have the time to waste on your silly games.

I just bought Curry 6s and I recieved excellent service from Inza. He was very kind and could even tell what my shoe size was by taking a quick glance at my foot. I was very happy with the professional and kind service.

Worst customer service you could receive here. Some of the staff are extremely rude. Rubbish customer service.

The guy I talked to "Zak" showed me the selection of shoes appropriate to work, let me try some on, and we chose the one for my budget. All with a smile and a small talk. Great shoes selection, great service, great prices for the quilty.
