These guys aren't very flexible with your kids if they need to get out of their contracts, be careful before singing up, charged my 16 year old $150 to cancel even though it was for a legitimate reason, maybe FF should think about long term customer retention and referral business rather than a short term cash grab?

Awesome atmosphere.very clean and has pretty much all the equipment you need.has a woman only area for those who want privacy on the second floor.lots of fun classes.a steam room.sauna.showers and has good parking

Fantastic gym. 5 stars for facilities, equipment, layout and programmes. Friendly reception and front desk staff, if not obviously inefficient and amateurish.
The atmosphere, if thats what you like, is very GC.
The stars reduce specifically to the 'fitness first' policies, and procedures, and the money grabbing methods and fees which they charge and overly zealous sales oriented staff
Ive unfortunaley had to join twice, as part of a rehab programme where i needed a gym where both hydrotherapy and strength training could be done close to home, fortunately backpaid by workcover. After membership had concluded, my account was withdrawn from by them, without my consent even though the entire membership was paid in a single lump sum figure, prior to commencement. No other method of payment is acceptable except the ' auto debit' system, which i don't do. As said the figure was paid upfront in full, & i signed a contract, which said id been offered other payment options. All very dodgy. Would not reccomend at all.

Have been a member for over 8 years. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities excellent and always improving.

Such a great gym, big fitness studio, amazing instructors. Has a very homely feel and everyone is nice and welcoming. The yoga classes are amazing, would definitely recommend.

Terrible service. They charge me all the time without notification. I freezed my account when I was a nursing mum. And when I start to go gym again they charge me for $14 just for unfreezing my account.

Best gym - atmosphere is so awesome and such a supportive environment.love the staff there too, so lovely.

I have been a member of Fitness First Robina for over six years, it is the best gym I have ever been a member of and I have been a member of many gyms over more than fifty years I have been exercising in gyms. Our membership fee has only ever been raised once in the time I have been a member and I received notice weeks prior.

Biggest and best gym on the Gold Coast. Plenty of equipment and space. Huge group fitness timetable, indoor pool and amazing childcare.

Great gym, excellent facilities, clean, good music choices, fantastic classes, Carmen and the trainers are amazing as well.

I have never been compelled to write a bad review but today my dad was told he wasn't allowed to help someone out with training, despite not being paid for it at all? Yet friends train in pairs all the time? Thought about getting a membership here but I'm not paying for a place where I can't get pointers from a mate
