65Went in and showed them a picture of what I wanted and it turned out the exact same! A lot of attention to detail. Although staff looked over worked and they changed customers many times. The girls deserve a pay rise since they work so hard. I’m so happy with my nails for formal and wouldn’t change a thing!
Very rude staff. Would not recommend at all. Production line set up. Very disappointed ️ Find somewhere else to go at Chermside.
Extremely bad service, nails came out to be uneven, overpriced, workers kept looking at me, whispering & laughing. 0/10
Not a pleasant experience! The girls looked overworked and depressed. The lady at the front seems to be worried only about the dollars and not too concerned about client's experience. Just a tip: A good business is built on happy staff and clients. Got charged extra.not coming back!
Just horrible. I arrived at 5 pm and asked if they are still open and that I wanted shellac nail polish on my toenails. The girls didn’t even answer me just pointed me to the chair. Started clipping my nails in a hurry. She messed up the nail polish on my big toe nail because she was in such a rush to get it done and got nail polish on the cuticles of all the other nails.she was in that much of a hurry she actually left in the middle of it and another one of the girls came and finished up.
