Very disappointed in fashion nails. I used to come here all the time from the beginning, but I feel like their standard has severely dropped. I had to wait 1/2 hr to fix 1 nail that I had done a manicure a week prior. The nail that was fixed was chunky and it cost me an extra $5. Not consistent. Its a shame because this used to be the best place in Chermside for years.

Always do such a great job, and I’ve been to many nail salons! By far my favourite and all the staff are so lovely

Steven is amazing have been getting him to do my nails for years and can’t honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Older guy did my acrylic refill and replacement nail. He was prompt & friendly when I walked into the front counter and quick to start after I picked my colour. The refill was quick, painting neat. Lovely experience in the shop. Reasonably priced. I would return.

As soon as I sat down the lady that was giving me my full set of acrylics cut every finger of mine with the nail file & I kept bleeding everywhere. They just kept asking me what happened, also when she was done with my hand she would push it outta her way. Nothing else was done about it at all. I didn’t get the colour I wanted because the lady didn’t like it. Cost me $75 for a set that hate & I was bleeding all over & am now bruised

Me and my friends seated and waited for an HOUR to get pedicuresa without apologies or any form of explanation. Service was too rough and aggressive. She was not professional AT ALL and I felt her practice was so dangerous and unhygienic.
I won’t come back to this place or recommend to anyone.

Average service, and acrylic refill lasted less than 3 days before they started chipping and peeling.

Seems lots of disorganisation. Old towels left on the seat after last pedicure. Staff walking around disinterested and on their phone whilst people waited. One person to do manicure then another to paint which was weird. I Don't feel like the gentleman who did the manicure had much experience as I have had many manicures and this was bad. I have had a manicure here before but over a year ago and it was much better so Im not sure what has happened. I certainly will not be going back waste of money and time

Older guy that works there are awesome when it comes to nail art. Im an artist but im well impressed with his work, he deserved a 5 star

they just need to lower down their voices as people are trying to come in for relaxation and make it not too obvious about their conversations about the costumer.over all it was a great experience so i brought my sister for nail art the next day. She loved it to.

I had shellac nail polish removed and had manicure done. I personally did not think the value was worth the service received. The staff where hard working but where not attentive to customers, most of the time they would rush in between jobs to get as many nails done as possible.

Took about 45 minutes to even get my nails started, two days later my nail polish had chipped on every nail, very bad quality

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible nails, chunky shellac job, cut skin with drill, left shellac marks on surrounding skin around nail. Now I am not laying fault too much with the lady who did my nails, clearly lacking skill but she was very polite.my issue is once complaining and explaining I just wasn't happy with the job (looked like I'd done myself) and asked for a refund, they said we will re do.as I had plans they said I could come back and present the card to get redone.when I came back for redo I was ignored for an hour only spoken to once to say I could have one colour and then talked over. I waited an hour simply to give them time with others but they took on extra clients and left me waiting.after an hour I got up and explained I no longer wanted my nails done and id like a refund. I was then given every excuse under the sun, " you didn't choose your colour", "you can only have the colours you have on already, " "tipped nails are chunky", those people had appointments, and finaly we don't do refunds" so I asked to see where instore it states they don't do refunds and the owner scrambled around till he found a leaflet with it on. Do not waste your time here. I gave this business every opportunity to fix their poor work but instead they just added poor service to their rep.

Came in here just to simply get old shellac removed, walked out with my nail plate damaged. They drilled so hard that my nails are now as thin as paper and hurt a lot, it will take them months to recover. Everyone in the salon was watching me and I felt like they didn’t want me there, the manager/owner (?) rushed the staff. Even though I came in at 4pm. Some girls were very nice with professional attitude, others were not.

If you're looking for a relaxing experience where you are pampered-go somewhere else.

The nails were cheap for the quality, really great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quick service too.

This is a manicure I left with from here. When the nail tech saw the OPI colour was almost finished and drying out, instead of suggesting another colour just tried to keep using it. It was on so thick I refused a second coat of colour. Oh and to top it off when I paid I was meant to get the advertised 10% discount for paying cash, I had to ask for my change and got asked “you mean the $2? ” Well I know $2 isn’t a lot but I already felt a bit ripped off paying for this mess.

SNS manicure result always great but staff are definitely overworked. Usually have at least 3 people work on my nails. Not really a relaxing experience.

Mixed results.
They did the acrylic really well, great shape and attention to detail. But applying gel coat was inconsistent and constantly interrupted. Then they didn’t cook it long enough so it’s soft and smudged. Super annoying. Friendly and polite. Price seemed fair.

Staff was Friendly and prices were affordable. Best nail salon at Westfield Chermside definitely. Perfect shape, got given exactly what I wanted <3

Nails are all uneven for a refill, and she cut open my cuticle and made me bleed and didnt care at all. I had 3 different people do my nails as well as i paid $50 for a set of $45 and only got $4 change worst salon ever! Never again!
