As my usual was unavailable. I got my white French tips refilled here last Thursday night. The old Asian male worker was being so insensitive and rude, I felt like the laughing stock and judged by the staff. Numerous times I watched him walk over to them laughing rudely after speaking with me, in their own language so it made me more uncomfortable. My aunty was sitting with me and noticed everything. As a gay feminine male of color, I know what discrimination feels like! 100% they made me feel as if they didn't want me in the salon. It was the most uncomfortable humiliating experience i've ever had in any nail salon. My nails ended up uneven and heavily rushed! Don't waste your money here.

I went here while i was visiting brisbane the service was very nice they were very caring and friendly but i did end up with a infection on my big toe after going their so i will not be returning

Went to get my nails done here, walked in as a group of three and each started with our own nail tech, by the end of the service there was one between the three. Was also charged $15 dollars more than the price stated. Staff were rude whole experience was rushed.

Do not go here.
I got a pedicure and they cut my skin so short it would not stop bleeding. I also got builder gel on my nails and it looked like my nails had grown out a couple of weeks and had huge blobs off gel. Would not recommend.

If I could put 0 starts I would. Extremely poor service, asked for one service and other products were used and was charged for it. I have been to many nail places and I have never been so disappointed in service or end result

My nail lady ferociously devoured fr.like shape and colour is perfect i love it.so cheap they did a removal and full set for $65.other places were like $80-85 for the same thing.

Had my old builder gel removed, she didn’t soak them instead she got an old acrylic nail and started wedging it inbetween the builder and my real nail and ripping them off. I was in so much pain and reacted to this pain - she continued. She didn’t care.
My natural nail was ripped off, they were lumpy and so so sore.
This cost me $75!

12 hours later my nails are still aching from this pain.

Left with my nails all completely different lengths, did even bother to check if the lengths were the same on each hand, some nails are longer other are shorter not one of them are the same size.

Second time I’ve gotten my nails done here.they aren’t perfect but look great past standard and the price is fair. The older guy 40s-50s is very nice and thorough he takes care in shaping and painting them well and perfects any mishaps. Very happy thanks

Had to go to the hospital and get my finger nail surgically removed because of how poorly it was applied!

My partner has been coming to this nail salon for a while now and things were great at first, she comes home happy with majority of the designs fashion nails do however over time the service has been dramatically declining, nails coming out wonky or mixed lengths, customer service has been appalling lately with the staff talking to each other and not paying attention to what they're doing resulting in bleeding, the professionalism at this salon is next to none and the prices seem to fluctuate ridiculously for the exact same service every two weeks. Though some staff are very lovely this place is just not really worth the visit.

I haven't been here in many years, I remember it used to somewhat okay to get your nails done here. I've come back to try them again and I regret my choice. Very rushed service and the nail tech doing my nails was very rough, rushed and inexperienced. Although they are very friendly people I feel like their service can improve.

DO NOT GO HERE!
They have horrible hygiene everything was dusty and dirty all the remains of the nail were thrown to the floor and thrown on me not to mention they were coughing into their hands wiping their noses and did not wash their hands before grabbing my hands again. They didn’t sanitise any of the tools before or after using them in other customers the filed my skin and didn’t say sorry even though I was clearly in pain, I almost started bleeding. They then started painting my nail the left it patching and clumpy, they didn’t file my nails properly and they were left bumpy, they also aren’t even, and they are different lengths, the nails tips were put on crooked. The workers did their job with no care and were not paying attention they were talking amongst themselves and pointing and laughing at customers. They were rough with my nails to the point it hurt and painted dirt and dust into my nails and I was also extremely over priced, I asked about the price before hand and they changed it at the register, I was forced to pay $80 for plain white nails that weren’t even long in length.
(Edit they left a blue stain all over my fingers that won’t come off even when I try to wash them.)
Definitely won’t be returning!

Don’t go to this place, they are honestly disgusting. They were reusing the tools on multiple people without cleaning, the place had dust and broken nails everywhere and the employees were constantly coughing into their hands. The employees were also not paying attention and talking amongst one another while pointing and laughing at the costumers. My friend also went with me, and they did her nails terribly, they have dirt stuck in them, they r wonky and uneven and then charged her $80 for a $70 max service. I do not recommend and will not be returning.

Was over charged, again. Calculated the price with them and was challenged yet again. Adding charges such as getting extra long nails even though I left with shorter nails then when I arrived. Will not be back.

Strange service didn’t really want too talk too me and then was left forgotten about for about 20 minutes after they had finished like I did exist, felt super uncomfortable.
Did a very good job with pedicure and good price…

The worst pedicure I’ve ever received. The lady doing it was careless and barely even looked at my feet because she was too busy chatting to the lady beside her. I had to ask to get basic services done that I knew were included in the spa pedicure. I only had my feet in the water for minimal time and everything was done so carelessly. I’m upset because I have only come here to get these serviced done and I’ve never been disappointed like this. Will never return.

Unprofessional, felt uncomfortable with 3 staff members crowding around me and having a loud conversation. Overpriced as well. Don’t come here, there’s way better nail salons in the shopping centre.

I will not be going back, I have had my nails on for 1 week and one has already fallen off. They did not push my cuticles back so they are now growing out very fast. I wouldn’t not suggest to anyone this is unbelievable, unacceptable for the price paid. Do not go here.

I went today for a pedicure and acrylic in-fill and left angry and like it was a waste of my money. Firstly I asked for the price before I sat down and then at the end 3 different people challenged the price I was given. Secondly, the shaping of my nails were so uneven and after 3 attempts of trying to explain and show the lady what I wanted corrected, I hardly have any nails left they are now so short it looks awful - and still uneven. The foot scrub during the pedicure was half done and my cuticles were made to bleed twice. The staff were also carrying on with loud conversations as if they were on their personal time and I feel like that is when the attention to detail went amis.
Now to top it off, after just 3 hours for getting home where I have only showered and watched a movie, one of the nails the lady failed to correct before I had to tell her to stop as they were now so short it was pointless me paying to have my nails done, well the gel colour is already chipping as she wouldn't fix the shape before painting them and then filed them afterwards.

By the time I had been left to wait for someone to serve me so I could pay at the end and then had 3 staff challenge the price I was given at the start, I told them I was so unhappy with the whole service that I refuse to pay the higher cost, gave them the cash for what I was originally quoted and left. I had also overheard several people before me being told it was cheaper if they paid cash which I did as well but they still wanted to charge me more than quoted.

I am so annoyed that I've wasted my money and will now have to pay for someone else to fix the chipping colour. Besides my nails now being so short that the only way to fix the uneven shapes would be to get a whole new set which as a student I cannot afford.

Very disappointed to say the least.

* Edit to add there was so much nail polish on my fingers the lady had to nail file my skin to get it off me. I have never experienced that before anywhere else.

It is also interesting to read in another review that they also tried to charge her $15 more than quoted.

I wish I had have read the reviews before I went here but I had 2 people recommend them (did I accidentally go to the wrong place it seems!), very very silly me and shame on the business for not improving when you already have so much similar feedback.

Why don't my acrylic nails look like all the other nice pics with positive feedback? Seems only the men at this shop do nice work.

To the shop, I would like a refund of my money.
