Fantastic Furniture

Customer service is horrible. Your staff needs to pick their game up or go and get a different job.

This place is a lot like my ex wife. Presents well at first glance, but dig a bit deeper and it is cheap and lacking quality. If you want something classy that will last, I'd go a bit more upmarket.

Customer service received by Amanda, Naldo and Tanya on Friday was amazing. They where very short staffed and they super busy and a few customers waiting around. But in saying this they kepted everyone engaged apologised for the wait but waiting didn’t seem terrible as they got all customer engaged and laughing. Was amazed have never received this service as usually you can feel the stress coming off staff but for the first time ever I received different. They had what I wanted in stock and they carried it out to my car for me as the warehouse team where also super busy so they said one less thing for them to worry about. Was great to see the teamwork and the friendship these 3 had
. I work in retail for 20 years and never myself been in a job like this.

Shane at the capalaba store rung around different stores for 2 hours to find a replacement for a missing bed leg of mine, he then had it shipped out to me the next day from Cairns!

Quick and efficient service and they had what we needed in stock. Served by Yvonne and she was friendly and knew what she was doing. Great work!

Very happy with the service, part of the product purchased was damaged whilst being removed from its packaging but nothing serious. The young lady who served us was lovely - her exemplary service alone will be enough to see me return to shop again.

It was the worst service in a shop I experienced in Australia. The shop assistant ignored me for a long time. And when I asked some questions she replied in the shortest way possible and walked away even when I said I will buy two chairs worth over 500 dollars. I walked out without buying. There are other shops in Brisbane and I will never visit this shop again.

Friendly staff and reasonable products overall. Store is looking quite tired these days with paint on the exterior fading. There's nothing wrong overall because they do provide satisfactory value for money, but some of their stuff is poor quality regardless of price so it's buyer beware. There are some items which are good though and their upholstery customisation options are impressive. Good size car park.

Terrible service! 3 staff members and phone ringing continuously and all 3 ignored us and the phone while they continued a personal conversation while swearing! Left store and purchased a new bed from Bed Shed instead. Will never come back. This was Thursday 19th Sept around 5pm

Friendly and helpful staff priced well for people starting out with furniture and good selection

We came in for a browse today, but walked out with a sofa and TV unit! This was 99% down to Becky S’s fantastic customer service.

No stock, had to be ordered in. On the day stock arrived the store closed early with no prior notice. Other customers were also at locked doors. No response from head office regarding complaint. Only positive is that the staff were friendly when eventually able to return to store to pick up stock.

I don't think I would shop here as not my class of furniture, but looks fine for the price. I do know who has the best quality for your money IMO if anyone interested

Yvonne was absolutely great an absolute pleasure to deal with from the phone call to when I went in the next day to collect my items will be going back and sending people there as they had more stock then other stores thank you.

Bought a king single bed which is falling apart after just two months of use, im not happy with this purchase

Quality products at affordable prices, I can highly recommend their large floor rugs, their designs are absolutely beautiful - the prices are insanely cheap - ranging from $69 to $150. I particularly love the bright hot magenta girlie colours in the "Holi" rug, it would look amazing in a little girl' bedroom. The sales staff are very helpful and friendly, there were no pushy sales people, which was very refreshing. I will enjoy my next visit to this store!

Great prices and had a variety of different furniture options. Love the fact you can puck your own fabric design. Staff are friendly and helpful.
