Fantastic Furniture

Awful experience yesterday where within a minute of arriving a rude woker cut off my partner and I talking to ask if we were going to actually buy something. He was then very unhelpful with any of the questions we had about the couch. We were keen to get out of there quickly.

Was there today at 2: 30pm at the fantastic furniture store in capalaba, the customer service inside was fantastic and the lady there was lovely, however at the click and collect at the warehouse, customer service was very poor. From beginning to end the Caucasian man there was very rude, and provided appalling service that does not reach the standard expected of any person working in a customer service job, at any industry. Disappointing to see someone doing a disservice to the customer service provided inside the store and will not be returning.

Fantastic Furniture Capalaba is wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our lounge delivery but they sorted it super quick AND on a weekend. Honestly amazing customer service and some super lovely people. Highly recommend this store.

Nice store, super friendly staff and very helpful. Bought an entertainment unit that had some damage, we got offered an exchange, partial refund or store credit without any issues.

First time customer. Just came in to buy a single mattress. I was served by Micky who was incredibly helpful, very lovely, super knowledgeable and fast! I'll definitely be back. Thanks Micky!

Neat store, quick as easy to see all available items. Very simple to show staff the item on the store website and purchase it immediately.

Bought a bed frame online on 15/4, pick up still not available until 16/4 due to their e commerce system issue, We went into Capalaba shop on 16/4 and the staff offer us other solutions and let us know which products were available for pick up at that point of time. 100% professional customer service. Although the product is made in China, still good quality at this price. Will definitely coming back in the future if we need something else. Thanks again for the staff that work on 16th april 2023, Sunday afternoon.

I went in there a few days ago and no greeting or any kind of help. I walked back and forth throughout the shop and still no help. I needed a specific piece of furniture but couldn't find it. The two ladies were too busy chatting to each other to even say hi. They watched me walk around so they definitely saw me I ended up buying what I needed from Harvey Norman.

I needed help with some legs for my lounge, Maddison and Tori were so lovely and helpful. Amazing staff and a lovely store:)

We bought a Home Robe package, easy enough to assemble just follow the instructions.it looks nice and sturdy. The ladies in the capalaba shop were very helpful and solved a minor issue with the delivery promptly and efficiently A BIG THANK YOU.

Picked up a great value bed frame from click and collect. The service was professional and fast

Love the King Single Como Bed with storage. This is the perfect bed for young teens. Extra storage these days is hard to come by at an affotdable price and I was so happy to come accross this bed. It doubles nicely as a day bed as well.

Pleasantly surprised with the great quality chairs and barstools we grabbed today. Lisa and Nicky were super helpful over the phone and managed to fix my click and collect order. Thanks guys, I will be back.

Fantastic furniture is a definite place to go to if your furniture shopping. The staff have always been super helpful especially the younger lady who’s name I can’t remember. She’s always given great service and advice.

One of the best things is when they have a great warranty/ policy. I brought a mattress there and it was definitely faulty as it was lob-sided after only a few months, I was given the option to pick a replacement and the one I have no has changed my life is SOOOO comfortable.

All in all very clean and pleasant store definitely recommend.

What a horrible experience! I purchased a bed back in October 2021. I started a conversation online with this company as the slates kept falling down. Took them 3 months to offer a new bed. Organised to have it delivered today for a replacement. I was asked to take apart the bed and have it ready for the exchange. Took it apart and had to carry the bed downstairs by myself. Did not receive a confirmation message yesterday for delivery time. Just found out it won’t be delivered today. What an absolute joke! I organised to have this day free for the delivery. Cancelled plans for this delivery. Asked for a refund because of this miscommunication and the only way I was going to get one if they came and collected the bed but that can’t happen as I work full time and I’m not available for the next few weekends. I have shopped with this company for years, all my furniture in my house is from Fantastic. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The delivery guys put a hole in my wall and have ripped the flooring

The furniture was really good but the staff didn't come anywhere near us. They just stood around the counter having a chat. We just wandered around the store looking at all the furniture and then we left.

Extremely lovely staff, super helpful and very funny. My wife and I were in love with a bed that we could not find on the floor and they helped instantly to locate it in storage. Very lovely!

My mother and I went to fantastic furniture capalaba today to buy a mattress for my sister, we were served by Michaela, she was so helpful and lovely to talk to. Great customer service. We picked the mattress up at the other side of the store at the warehouse part, we were also greeting by a gentleman who loaded our car for us with no question, great customer services by both
