I went into FF Capalaba a couple of weeks ago to have a look at the Portofino dining suite with Dana Chairs. I sat and tested the seats etc.and was attended to by a lady named Yvonne who was pleasant and helpful at that time. She mentioned that I could probably have the table out of the showroom (at least you won't have to put it together - her words not mine) and that the chairs could be brought in from the warehouse and the whole thing deliver. OK fine. I would mention that the dining suite was $1000.00. I went back a few days later to pay for said dining suite and was attended to by a lovely lady with a British accent. The following Friday my dining suite was delivered, everything in boxes, even the table, but no problem - I got stuck into assembling with my DIL. As we were putting the table together, I noticed that one of the leg pieces appeared bowed on the base, so it formed a rocking sensation. DIL said to keep going it might not be so bad - well, she was wrong there - if I had wanted a rocker I would have gone to a Nursery store. So out I popped on the Saturday morning to FF to explain the dilemma - first served by a young lady who said she was new to the store and she went and got another lady who, as it turned out, was Yvonne, so I explained the situation and was met with "did you bring the table with you" - really, I am 73 YO in a couple of weeks, live on my own, and drive a Nissan Pulsar - not entirely conducive with bringing a table! After some foot hopping it was suggested that "maybe we could try and get an outsider to come and see if he can hammer it straight otherwise it's about an 8-9 week wait for another table - I'll speak with the manager about it on Tuesday (Labour Day weekend) and get back to you". I even emailed Customer Service from FF website and guess what, not a peep from anyone. My suggestion, for what it is worth, would be to keep driving past FF Capalaba and go somewhere else.
I needed to start from scratch after moving from overseas. I purchased a TV unit and dining table and chairs for my new unit. Lots of bolts and screws but I just love how the Havana pieces look! Lovely colour to compliment my electic/ Scandi style.

Boom boom horrific CS.wouldn't recommend shopping here if your looking for an experience! Went to Moretan Bay and the Windsor store both ladies were outta control unpleasant.
Really good staff and some ordinary staff but the good outweighed the bad good layout and not pursued to buy, nice!
CS shocking.went to Capalaba last week for a sofa. Found what I was looking for and waited to be served. Two ladies were at counter and didn't bother to check in. Another couple walked in and one older looking store lady looked my way but then walked towards the couple and greeted them, put me off so I went to Amart
We were looking for a 3 seater and 2 seater sofas today. Unfortunately none were in stock and we needed then within 2 weeks. The lady who served us was so helpful and was able to locate us the sofas at a different branch. Highly recommend their customer service

We needed furniture for an empty house and we managed to get everything from Fantastic. Good quality, affordable and the best customer service. Service with a smile.
Service was great they knew what I was afther when I toldcthem delivery was great they told me between 8/12 I got it delivered 8 15 they phoned ne be there in 20 and where on time cant complain when I need something else gappyctoo go there service was good very happy customer

The bedding stock, the familiarity by staff, made the choices easier, through the professional knowledge, compared to some competitors, pointed us in their direction.
They have a good selection of furniture at reasonable prices. It's also very easy to browse and order online from their website and pick up here. This is the first store I go to when looking for new furniture.
The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about their products which are all reasonably priced
Tried to buy a couch. Lady with bangs stared us down from behind her register as soon as we walked into store and literally spent the 20mins after that avoiding eye contact with us. If you don’t want a sale don’t open a shop.
I went in to purchase a dining table, I found an available staff member who barely stopped walking when I asked for help, to then be told “not in stock” before walking off again. I ended up ordering online with delivery from the Logan store and had the table in 3 days.
Disappointing service.
Went in store 3 weeks ago to purchase a mirror, none in stock and was unable to purchase display stock (fair enough). I then asked if any nearby stores had any available for purchase, was told Gold Coast had one singular, but I would need to call the store and double check in my own time. Decided to order online as Covid restrictions meant no driving to the Gold Coast. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I called the store a handful of times with no answer, then had to chat online where I was told a member of the store would get back to me. Finally received a voicemail saying it had been at the store for a while but ‘wasn’t correctly allocated’ hence why I hadn’t been contacted. Just picked up my mirror, already unboxed and covered in fingerprints with the backing covers already pulled off (and residual ripped cardboard left over).
Likely after 3 weeks wait I’ve just been given the display stock, very disappointing. Based off this experience I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
One positive is that the mirror at least looks nice and the man doing the pick ups out the back of the store was kind.
Friendly staff, went above and beyond to get us our dining table and chairs during covid-19 stock shortages
