Fantastic Furniture

Biggest waste of time, went there to buy a couch suite, got poor customer service and ended up buying a suite from across the road at super amart.

Had a wrost experience with #fantasticfurniture #morayfeld #qld branch.ordered coffee table online.received confirmation and paid in full.yesterday recevied a call that item is ready for pick up.today all the way we drove 30 kms to pick up.after going there.they are saying that they don't have that item in physical.and the wrost part is the sales girl didn't even say apologies and didn't even offered other alternative.she straight away talking about the refund.it's not fantastic furniture.it's horrible furniture

Terrible service asked the price of something and they were too lazy to actually go find out the name/price of it
Couldn't buy anything and take today and must wait 8wks?

Furniture is good quality for a good price. Staff can leave a little to be desired, 3 standing around chatting and no help offered or even a greeting until I approached the counter to buy my item.

2 ladies at registers couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us but as soon as the 3rd lady had finished with her customer she helped us straight away. Customer service needs some work.

I just attended the store with the intent to buy a new bedroom suit and playroom gear for my son. There were no other customers in the store and three staff members. Not one of them came to see if I needed any help, I was in the store for 15 minutes, they all choose to gather and talk instead. Do not go here if you expect customer service.

No dramas. Walked in, was asked if I needed help, advised just looking so staff left me to do so. Exactly what I wanted

Some staff were a little standoffish. Most were happy to help with questions. One team member answered all the questions and knew the product range quite well, even asking for finer details recalled which products had certain features.

Neat clean store, prices are a little on the higher side of life.

Staff were very helpful and helped us get the best price would definitely go back to morayfeild

Amazing customer service at this store. They went above and beyond to replace a broken bed that we purchased at another fantastic furniture store. Would recommend them to anyone.

3 out of 3 times we have been, they have been out of stock of the products we want. The staff don't seem to care, and did not bother to let us know when they came back in stock. I'd rather save time and skip going.

The staff are really abrupt "You right there? " is no way to ask if a customer needs assisstance.
The quality of furniture could be better for the price too.

Service was on point! So many staff on that morning too. The lady we felt with was very helpful, and explained in clear detail what option would be best, with the inquiry I made.

Not enough staff on the floor to help - quite a few customers were waiting.we waited to be approached- didn’t happen - until we were on our way to help desk.
Still got what we wanted- and it was on sale so that made it worthwhile.

A good place to go if you want a copy of furniture on trend at the moment just be aware that the quality is what you pay for but generally a good variety of furniture and decor

Pretty bad customer service, I was looking around for ages and was never offered help. There products are high quality and well priced but the customer service of this particular store was very disappointing

Cheap furniture. I had a problem with a bedhead & have waited a week so far for the replacement, only to find out it may be another 2 weeks or more. Customer service is terrible.

I purchased a bed from the morayfield fantastic furniture, was told it will be here in just over a week, i called after 2 weeks and was told "as you were told it will be 3 weeks" (i wasnt told), so i rang after 3 weeks and was told (itll be another 2 weeks yet) so i wait 2 weeks and call again"anyday now" i was told, so i wait another week and ask when is my bed coming we are still sleeping on the floor and was told, "we dont know we'll call you back", eventually got a call back and was told yet again"its 2 weeks away" in the mean time the front of the store was repainted with the words "in stock ready to go! ". Thisis completely false advertising as its been nearly 8 weeks and im still waiting, i lodged a complaint online about this and promised a reply in 24 hours, that was 10 days ago.still waiting
