I went to look in person at a sofa I had seen online. Ended up not buying it. Was there only for ten minutes and wasn't approached by any sales staff. I would recommend if you are looking for something cheap. Some of their stuff is stylish.

I ordered a set of drawers that I ended up cancelling due to my husband fixing the ones I was replacing. First I got told they couldn't find my order and to cancel via email, which I did with no response. Days later after no reply I rang again and got told it's because they haven't received payment, which I said I have proof of my PayPal and bank. They then said someone will ring me back within 24hrs. Nobody did. I waited another few days and rang again and got told it's been cancelled and refund may take a few days. It's been a week with no refund and not even a cancellations email.

Terrible service. Wait time is long and they don't tell u. Also I've been waiting more than 2 weeks for a refund on a couch I waited for more than 10 weeks.really bad service go elsewhere

Just walked out. 3 staff standing there talking the whole time i was looking around. Ill buy my couch elsewhere.

Absolute joke. Order a dining table. Got told 3 weeks.no updates or emails to say it's delayed. I ring multiple times to be told many different things. Finally arrives after 9 weeks and my husband goes to collect with order number. They won't release it because it my name on email. Try to ring to say yes I authorise and noone will connect me to store. Bull****

Staff are the best! So friendly and go out of their way to help. A lot is out of stock at the moment with COVID but that is understandable.

A really big thank you to Alecia for her brilliant service today 19/08/20.
Extremely knowledgeable and patient as she helped us pick the right furniture for our needs.
She wasn’t pushy and more then happy to answer our question with or without a sale.
But with how happy we were with the furniture and Especially Alecia customers service we were more then happy to spend $2000.
And yes we are well aware of the 8 to 12 weeks wait and that’s fine. The way I look at it is 12 weeks ago I didn’t have my new furniture 12 weeks time I will

Was told our couch would take 6 weeks to arrive due to COVID after 6 weeks and no call to explain what was happening, I gave them a call and one piece had arrived but they were waiting on the manufacturer for they other 5, so asked me to ring back in 2 weeks, I called today (12 days later) and they are still waiting for 1 piece so they asked me to ring back later in the week.
I shouldn't have to chase it up if it hasn't arrived on time somebody should be calling me to apologise and explain why it hasn't arrived. I am sick of people using COVID to explain their incompetence if I knew it would take so long I wouldn't have made the purchase to begin with.

Wanting to buy but nothing was in stock. Not asking for big ticket items either. Very disappointed. 4-5 week to order in.

I have been there multiple times now it just seams everything has to be ordered in when your spending $5000 and everything at full price no discount the girl could not even thow in a pillow to go with a new bed set and mattress.

Then told you have to wait two months I don’t want to spend $5000 and then wait 2 months to get what I just paid in full for. Like I understand a week. And don’t you dare make a hard time COVID-19 excuse at me.

I have been looking forward to this product all year. Had my eyes set on it for a while hope and dreams shattered.

Delivery was organised for Friday afternoon. No delivery. No call advising what was going on. Completely unacceptable.

Good range and prices. Didn't end up making my intended purchases though as the staff were too busy gossiping to help. After my attempts to ask questions about products I was interested in buying was met with short disinterested responses, I left and shopped elsewhere instead.

Went to Maroochydore first. Took a long time until someone cane to me.but when they did wow awesome service!
Needed to go to Morayfield as what I wanted they sold out and was a 1 month wait.
So helpful with everything I needed. I got my ourchase home and found a flaw but when I called they couldnt do enough to fix the issue. Thank you awesome.job!

Bought 2 tallboys + 2 bedside tables on Friday the floor staff where amazing, thankyou. The 2 stars is due to the rather rude warehouse worker who grabbed our purchases for us, he was a smart arse and extremely rude!

Just had a lounge suite delivered & the 3 seater can't be assembled as something is jammed. We were not told on Saturday when we purchased the lounge suite that we had to put the suite together (there are no instructions either) & one of the delivery people was rude. If I could rate this as a ZERO i would.

Been very long time since my last visit to fantastic furniture, but the service of the staff seemed to be intoxicated by their willingness in service. Compare from my last visit in 2015. Where they just didn't know the product or give a dam in customers or knowledge of the product.

Some nice products but unfortunately I think the staff Ive encounted are a big let down they dont even greet you, they just stand around gossiping and when you ask a question about something they give dirty looks and have a somewhat sarcastic tone when answering you. I think its time this place got new staff.
