In January I ordered a double bed package and mattress and a king mattress well over $2500. Paid the delivery fee was told 7 weeks for delivery. I arranged last week to have it delivered on March 15 only to be told the king mattress isn't there still and at least another 3 week wait! I asked for the double bed package to be delivered as it's for daughters birthday. Was told no have to wait for entire order. I rang head office was told I would receive a call back within 4 hours. 3 days later and another trip to the store no resolution at all yet the bed has been there since Feb 7th. They also forgot to add the draws to the package on the bed and refuse to rectify that also.

Walked in to this store twice last month and was never asked once if I needed help. The 2nd time I went in, I was the only customer in store and both workers stood at the counter chatting. I was in the store for 20min before leaving and purchasing a bed next door at OMF who were wonderful and greeted me as I entered the store.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I purchased a bed set package today, to which a bedside table wasn’t available (3 week plus wait). I asked if we could get the additional piece they don’t have in stock delivered to us due to the considerable delay. The lady was rude and explained I would have to pay an additional $70. After deciding we would just pick it up, Kelly than stated that I would have 1 week to pick it up or it would be cancelled. At this point I had already paid for everything. I find it extremely frustrating the unfriendly unhelpful attitude this lady had. The sets are promoted and yet you don’t have full ones in stock, to which you then make customers go out of their way due to your poor stock management.

I had entered the store to have a browse and within a few minutes was approached by one of the workers, Broden who assisted me with finding the right products. He was very kind and helpful which made my purchase a easy experience! Whilst we did have a few issues with the delivery, mistakes happen and the issues were fixed quickly. Great range of furniture and the prices are super affordable. Will be back!

I bought a Queen bedroom suite for $600 and would be ready to be picked up in an hr to be told that my order is under review incase of fraud when I rang after being on hold for 2 hrs customer care and try to confirm the card details and email address they told me.i had to wait 48 hrs to be either approved or declined this Is horrible service and I will not shop at fantastic furniture again

Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else! They aren’t helpful at all especially when it comes to returns! If I could give no stars I would. I’m so disgusted with this place, charge stupid deliver prices on-top of no return of the item which was in original packaging!

A great place to go if you have a budget to stick to. A good variety of furniture with something for everyone. They have great quality products and friendly staff always ready to assist.

Met Steven who guided us through the different types of mattresses. Steven was pleasant and very helpful. Once we have our new home we will be back to purchase a mattress.

Not so fantastic furniture, not sure if your delivery people are contractors or not but they called at 7.48an to confirm my address and said they would be on site in a half an hour. An hour and a half later they arrived and stated that the box with the lounge in side would not fit through the front door or up the stairs. They then decided to unpack it in the front yard and carry it in but on the way one of them tripped over his own feet and squashed a pot plant. They then complained that the lounge was too heavy it wouldn't go up the stairs and only took it up there when I pointed out that we had two recliner chairs already up there and that they were wider and fitted just fine. The final straw was when they left all the packaging in the yard for me to clean up and dispose of. It should be standard practice for the delivery people to unpack the furniture and install it if all I see delivered is a large box I have no idea if the item inside is what I ordered and is in good condition.

Fantastic friendly helpful service by the staff in store. And prompt, speedy service by the staff in the warehouse. Great job guys. Will definitely be returning again.

Ordered and paid for a sofa late January and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive.
I followed it up after 8 weeks (after not hearing anything from them) - I was then told it would be late May and they would refund my delivery fee for the wait - which I then had to follow up as it wasn't done.
Tried calling numerous times only to have it ring out. (I have to actually go into the store to speak with anyone, they are then lovely to deal with). Went into the store last Saturday and was told I could have my sofa delivered the next Saturday (tomorrow), they refunded my delivery fee and said they would text me today (Friday) to let me know a time window fro delivery.
It's after 4: 30pm - still waiting on a text and their line is ringing out again. I've never been so frustrated with their service. Really disappointing.

I've just done a full lap of the store. Looking for chairs and a sofa bed. I moved chairs, I took pics to send to hubby. I even stood at the front door before leaving, waiting for some kind of acknowledgement.and the whole time the sales person did not look up from her paper cutting. I was also the only person in the store. It's a shame because I've always had such great service here (which is why I gave 3 stars and not 1). I was ready to spend money but now will be spending elsewhere.

Poor service, poor sales skills, and poor delivery method, charge you a fee and can't even gaurentee the delivery. Was supposed to come between 11-1 it arrived at 6: 40 pm. No Thankyou. The woman who served us just had no people skills. You lost out bussines. We went and got our refund the next morning. Will spent my thousands elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks.
