Fantastic Furniture

A big thank you to Marata at Maroochydore for going above normal service. Her understanding & commitment was amazing.

This was our first purchase with Fantastic Furniture, and it will definitely be our last. We collected our item from Maroochydore Warehouse and when we unpacked the item, found we had been given the wrong colour. When we called the store to advise of the problem, they had no apologies or offers to resolve the problem; only that we could return to the warehouse to collect the correct item ourselves. We drove an hour round trip to collect the item, and still not even an apology from the guys in the warehouse that gave us the wrong item in the first place.

Walked through the store and found it to be neat and tidy, but know customers service. There were four staff at the counter but no one approached me.

Said order would take a week, took four weeks. Told contradicting things. Eventually sold off the floor. Wont shop here again takes too long to supply.

Service over 2 visits is friendly fast and efficient in the store. The 2 young men at the warehouse had great customer service and were very helpful. The furniture for the price is fine, it's never going to become a family heirloom but is great value for money.

Customer care is terrible. Emailed about a faulty product and haven't heard back in 3 days. They also took the money for our order put wouldn't release our order until we sent them proof of address and id to customer care. Even though it said it would be ready within 60 minutes when we ordered.
Customer service in the stores are helpful but would never purchase anything online again with them. Whats the point of having customer care if you can only contact them via email and no-one responds!

Been here twice and had staff tell me porkies on both visits in order to try and pressure a sale. Sad & Bad. Addendum re Ryan's reply below; simply instruct your staff to tell the truth and drop the con. NB going offline and supplying my email is not going to happen.

Couches were bought online. When picking up we had issues putting them in the 4x4 (the couches were just a fraction to big) anyway the guys out back & the online click & collect system is great!

We found an amazing solid timber TV Entertainment stand for an excellent price.staff were great.but.the collection centre was a bit out of the way.ah well it looks great at home.

Good prices and the furniture is decent. They don't seem to have much margin for discounts though.

So much to choose from. Store was presented nicely. Although the store was empty staff looked busy.

Not even worthy of a star. Faulty lounge. Under warranty. Dealing with them since June 2018. I’ve emailed, rang. Told one story after next! Customer care (what a joke) Total lack of communication. Staff unhelpful Area manager? Can’t even call me. Maroochydore store, don’t bother

Went to buy an advertised *new* chair turned up to be told they wouldn't have stock for 7-9weeks!
I tried to talk to someone at the store in the hope they would negotiate a price change on another item (slightly more expensive) to compensate for the poor and misleading advertising and the ladies did not want to help at all and did not care in the slightest.
Very very disappointed with the pathetic service.

The shop is very clean and well looked after.
Lots of options and stuff on display.
Staff are very engaging and willing to help.
I'll be back for more furniture soon:)

What a very disappointing and time wasting experience. I ordered 2 couches over the phone and all I wanted to do is receive an invoice, pay and organise delivery. A week later and still not finalised. I know what would happen if I ran my business like this.

Sheena, Joss and Matt were such a big help for me today. The service was really amazing, they helped me get a better price on my mirrored drawers then I was even expecting and were so friendly and great. Even making sure the mirrored drawers I purchased were clean and helping get my items in the car. Thank you so so much. You guys are really great.

Poor customer service, cancelled an after pay order because it took longer than the said time to acquire the package within warehouse.

Good experience, left me to browse and find what I wanted without swooping down on me like a seagull on a hot chip as soon as I walk in the store.

Quick and efficient.

Went inside for 5-10 minutes but no one bothered to ask us what we were looking. 2 staff chatting in the middle counter.not a good experience.
