The service was awesome from Charlotte J who everything she could to create a memorable experience, nothing was too much trouble. The store was clean and easy to move around in while deciding which item from my small list of ones to compare was best suited to my needs.

Great experience purchasing a chest of draws with Fantastic furniture. Not so great when we went to collect our unit. The warehouse staff decided to dump our new purchase on the floor in the water/rain and offered absolutely no assistance with loading a 40+kg item into the car. Cheers Fantastic

Staff in the actual store are friendly and helpful.
The Warehouse worker i had to deal with when picking the product up after purchase was aggressive and angry and ruined my morning with his attitude.
I was given instructions to go to the reception of the warehouse from the staff in the store. When i got to the warehouse the reception was all closed up and there was no staff in the general vicinity so i went for a walk down the end of the warehouse to find someone.
When i got to the end i saw 2 staff members. An older guy came over to me and took my docket. Then got aggressive and angry about me "Not ringing the bell" at reception (I never saw a bell until later) and then started having a tantrum about my shoes not being safe for the warehouse. Told me to "Get out the warehouse" numerous times even as i was walking towards the door. I told him "Nice way to talk to your customers" and he continued ranting all way to the door.
I then dealt with the same guy at reception and he continued with the bad attitude. Then brought my flat pack box out 5 minutes later and now im home the instructions are coincidentally missing from the box.

The guy in the warehouse could have a lesson in decorum before dealing with customers again. I would never want to deal with that guy again and its put me off ever shopping with you.

They have a great team of friendly, helpful and enthusiastic young assistants working there, who collectively, made our visit a pleasurable, and highly successful shopping experience. They opitomise the contemporary style of respectful, and knowledgeable sales staff, who are prepared to think outside the box, in resourcefully tracking down the type of product you seek. Didn't have a lot of stock on display, had to buy online with high delivery costs. They won't let you pick up from the store. I ordered same items with no delivery costs online. Via ebay.

11 weeks and still waiting for a bedhead ordered in May!
Supposedly manufactured in Sydney.
Assured all Australian made.
Assured allow 6 weeks delivery.
And you want to now blame it on the pandemic!
11 weeks! Seriously?
If that’s the case then I suggest to everyone Do Not purchase or place an order with this business unless you are buying off the floor and can see the product you are purchasing.
Incompetent Deceitful Appalling customer service Block calls to store manager Lied about delivery Obstructive Staff placed order incorrectly
Nothing honourable with the way the supervisor at the call centre represented the company today.
Your customers are not fools.

I ordered a bed on the 10th of june. I was told 2-3 weeks until they were in. I am still waiting. The wait is annoying but I can understand it because of what's going on. But I am sick of getting told different things all the time. Getting lied to. I called on the 20th of june and was told the bed got into the distribution center on the 18th of July, and i had to wait 8-10 days for the bed to arrive in my local store. I called today and was told the bed got into the distribution center on the 23rd. Now I have to wait until the 2nd of August. I am sick of getting lied to. I would not recommend this company at all. Not worth the hassle or the stress to buy from here.

DO not order from them. They're contact and communication is beyond a joke. For a company to act this way, they will never receive business from me again. After waiting of almost 2 months to receive a book shelf, I was then ignored in my emails from customer service. I attempted to call the store several times with constant rejections and them placing me on hold.to then be hung up on? No apologies given. I understand stock is hard at the moment due to covid, BUT LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT THERE IS A DELAY IN THE ORDER AND ACT LIKE AN ACTUAL COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

My daughter and I bought two queen beds and two mattresses. They were supposed to be delivered a few weeks ago! I've tried ringing this store about this and have left messages through customer support. After many attempts to find out what is going on the latest customer support person tells me the beds we ordered are out of stock. They should have let us know and should be delivering any queen size beds to us as soon as possible.

Had a few issues with my order, brought a bed base and none of the mattress were the same measurements on any site, some of customer service were rude, but some were helpfull, still waiting on my bed base, will not be shopping from youse again

Had a few issues with our order but Nathan from Maroochydore branch was amazing going out his way to pick up my order and personally drop it off at my house after he finished work. Now that's what I call customer service. Keep it up Nathan, Fantastic Furniture are lucky to have a Manager like you.

Waste of time and misleading information.

I received an email and a text message confirming my item was ready to be picked up. Collection depot was closed. Attempted to advise of their error via voicemail message and email. Both have appeared to have fallen upon deaf ears.

Absolutely appalled by the set up of online orders for this store. Received text to advise item ready to be collected (on time as per website promise of within 60minutes).
Arrived at warehouse.
Warehouse closed.
Went to store.
Store closed.
After speaking with staff the following day, attended warehouse for a second time. ITEM NOT THERE!?
Interestingly, the warehouse staff member didn’t seem too surprised with the whole situation.
Would not purchase from here again.

Gutted! I bought a bed and had it delivered to my house expecting them to be able to take the boxes to my room upstairs, only to find out they weren't allowed to take it up stairs due to me not paying a fee (one that I was completely oblivious too and staff did not tell me about). I am a 19 year old student who lives by herself and was forced to spend 40 minutes dragging the three extremely heavy boxes up the stairs on a scorching day. I'm livid! The lack of customer service and negligence of the staff has left me sweating and in tears. Never Again!
