Early Learning Centre Smithfield

We have been with this centre for 2 months now and cannot fault it.home cooked meals and happy clean staff does it for us, my baby Rain absolutely loves getting ready for day care every morning and is always warn out on pickups.
Clean nappies and a video or picture of what she done during the day does it for me, I highly recommend EARLY LEARNING SMITHFIELD

2020 has been a very interesting year to say the least for each and everyone of us but more so I feel for the children who are preparing for the next big step in their lives starting school, everyone at the centre has made the experience a positive one. As Nanna I have watched Sterling go from a very shy little boy to now a very confident school ready little boy. I know from our little chats that he has enjoyed all of the activities that have been put before him. The staff from the admin down have always been most welcoming and inclusive, thank you for that and my wish for you is continued success in 2021. To anyone looking for a place for their child, make the time to take a tour, you want be disappointed.

Both of my boys went to ELC Smithfield and I trust them completely to care for my children and recommend them to everyone

This ELC is great. My Son is more than prepared for school thanks to the staff there especially his teachers Savita and Sharon. The place is run really well by their very helpful and professional director Helen.

We have had a wonderful experience with ELCS over the last 4 years, the centre caters for our little ones needs and it’s been amazing watching how far and advanced our babies have developed. 5 stars absolutely goes to all of the educators! Some of them have been there for years and years and I think that says a lot about a place. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend ELC Smithfield. The transition for our family for me going back to work and our son into daycare at just 4 months old, has been as smooth as it could possibly be due to the high confidence we have in this Centre. The nursery staff (and all staff) are so loving and cuddly - our son (and all the kids) is so genuinely cared for. Even at such a young age he is included in everything and gets to do so many more things than we would have even thought to do with him at this age - painting with his hands and feet, rhythmic sounds etc and then this is further explained by the Educators in learning stages such as him learning the different textures of the paint or paintbrush etc. Just so creative, innovative and awesome.
We went on booked (in advance) tours of a number of other centres before an impromptu tour of this centre and this was by far our favourite - the staff were so warm, lots of imaginative handmade things on display from the kids and lots of involved activities; which was a far contrast to other centres who just seemed to rely on the facilities their centres offered.
Every day photos are put in story park with a written piece about his day; which family (from anywhere) can safely be able to view (if we invite them). This is even more important now due to COVID and being unable to physically see them. Every day they and we get to see what our son has been up to and how this correlates to learning stages. Awesome!
Our son loves going to ELC Smithfield and we are genuinely excited for him to be there as we know he is in the most wonderful care and has the best time, all while also learning. Best choice of child care!

Extremely caring and professional staff who deliver amazing educational experiences for all the children in their care. We are so incredibly happy with the Centre and our daughter has thrived there!

ELC Smithfield has been a lifesaver with our little girl. She's gone from hating (her previous) daycare with everyday drop offs being a teary wrestling match to now standing at the front door with her bag every morning (including weekends) raring to go. We couldn't be happier with our decision to send her to ELC. The staff are fantastic and so dedicated to the kids and their development. Would highly recommend the Centre.

We have had our children enrolled at ELC Smithfield since 2017, this centre is amazing. Our children love all of the educators and are excited to go to Kindy everyday. I highly recommend this center.

My grandson attends the centre and it has been overwhelming to see the level care and early learning opportunites provided to all of the children. It obvious that the diverse needs of all children and families are a priority of the centre manager and her amazing educators. My grandson has gone from being a shy little fella to brimming with confidence.

Amazing centre with the most fantastic staff. The programs at Smithfield ELC cater for all of the diverse needs of the children. Our son is very excited about going each day and we love hearing about his day and all the wonderful learning experiences he's having.

My son has been in the centre since he was 2.5 years, he is now 4. All of the educators know him, I don't feel like he is a number or just another child.

My daughter started to go to oshc at Smithfield and she absolutely loves it. It’s got quite a lot of space for kids (so it doesn’t look packed), many different activities, clean and new looking, she’s looked after really well, and they have kids from several schools where she can get known, updates for photos of the day etc etc. Educators are friendly and professional, always feel welcomed and we love her going there. Manager Helen puts lots of love into this centre we can see and we highly recommend this centre.

Such a wonderful day care centre with a great manager and staff. I'm so glad that we started my son at Kindy here. I have seen him settle in and make some lovely friendships. He is excited to go every day. The centre is super inclusive of everyone. They do lovely activities and there is always something fun happening. My son especially loves the dressing up days.

I can't thank the wonderful ladies enough for all the great and caring work they do. I must admit as a first time mum I was nervous but everyone there made us feel very welcome, they are so easy to talk to with anything and the centre is lovely and clean. Our daughter loves going there and she is learning so much and growing up so fast and developing her own little personality. Thankyou again to all the ladies in nursery and also the whole centre for everything you do.

We are so happy we picked Early Learning Centre Smithfield for our little one! Leaving you bub with strangers (at 4 months) is very daunting but our little one (now 8 months) loves Miss Ruby and Miss Shanoa, as soon as we walk through the door she reaches for them completely forgetting her mummy and daddy. It makes going to work that much easier knowing she is being cared and looked after by really lovely teachers. Everyone is so friendly and they don't mind the million of questions I ask every time I pick her up. We visited a few centres but this one just felt right. Thank you to the wonderful people at ELCS.

Absolutely love this daycare, all the staff are awesome and have really helped me raise a wonderful child, that is keen to learn, happy to go to daycare and has made loads of friends.

This centre has a wonderful new manager Helen who is making some really impressive improvements. They are professional, reliable, great value and best of all as a single working mum - very flexible! Always understanding of the changing demands of my situation. The teachers are fun and loving with Miss Jo, Kara-Lee and Jess just some of the special ladies that make my daughter excited in the morning to go to child care. As Mum’s we are constantly battling the balance of guilt when it comes to the need to work and desire to give our babies the best attention they need and deserve. ELC makes it easy for me to make that balance, with quality care and flexible arrangements, I am very thankful to have found you!
