Domino's Pizza Calamvale

My fav Domino's store. Wanted to order from you guys today but you were closed. Domino's website never stated you were closed today & it just said my orders didn't go through. We (family) only found out you were closed after we drove there (to place an order). Maybe this is due to the 3 day lockdown in QLD. So we (family) had to order & pick up our pizzas from your Acacia Ridge outlet instead. Luckily they were open & we could bring our pizza dinner back home.

Emily who took my complicated order was absolutely terrific! She couldn't have been more helpful. Great work all around.

This is the soggy slop you'll receive, a "premium chicken supreme" missing capsicums, oregano and spring onions.

I received chicken Tikka pizza with no chicken on it. I hardly found two tiny pieces of chicken on whole pizza for 15 dollars.very bad experience over all.

Called this store to help me with an issue I had with another store within the area (needed a remake), as these are franchises they are not obligated to help, the manager at Calamvale (Ash) called the other store as there was not a manager there and solved the problem, super pleased with his attitude, an absolute legend. I am grateful he took the time to help me out during a busy time of their day. Service you don’t see too often.

Worst store, dont bother going. Cannot properly take orders, always something missing on the pizza, quality has reduced since last few months. Staff are just incompetent, bunch of undisciplined kids that cant do their jobs properly. Never going back.

Worst place to order a pizza. Recently I placed an order for pick-up vegan godfather pizza with plant-based meat as toppings. When I opened the pizza box, I was surprised to see a pizza with just cheese, tomato and pepper. I took the pizza back to the store and asked about Vegan toppings. I was told that vegan toppings are not in stock. If you don't have toppings in stock please do not take orders. I do not wish to give even a single star for this review.

Food is good and the staff are nice and friendly, but the drivers need to learn how to drive and not be speeding!

No drivers on Saturday. Don't bother.
Ordered at 5: 45pm, never came at 6: 15pm. Waiting at the door since 6: 05pm. While outside my house called at 6: 35pm asking if they were coming. They said 10mins.
Called back at 6: 45pm and got the story that the driver came, knocked on the door, and called 3 times. I asked when he arrived, it was 6: 35pm while I was calling standing outside. I have a gate at the property so it wasn't even possible to knock.

Tried to make it extremely difficult to talk to a manager. Finally got a hold of someone because I kept saying ill wait. They remade the order said 20mins from 7pm. Called back 730pm, still no drivers, hadn't left the store.

Meanwhile, the family's hungry and my daughter still hasn't eaten. Finally arrives 7: 55pm, guys on a bicycle rode 5kms away from the store (thanks Champ).

Bit over 2 hours all up.
The assistant manager wouldn't do a refund.

What happened to you Domino's?

Normally use different store but calamvale went above and beyond. Great service and awesome pizza. Not skimped on at all. We will be coming back. Thank you!

They have 1 job make a pizza that was ordered beef and cheese nothing else yet still ended up with onion pepperoni olives spread over the pizza. "Quality check" sure thing

Only dominoes in the area that were happy to serve after 11pm. Sunnybank and Underwood refused to cook at around 10: 50pm

Ordered a vegan pizza and received a non vegan one. They remade it and even delivered it with a little gift.

Excellent branch. Have been buying from there for years. They are always in time and the staff is friendly. Perfect order even when the order was 35 pizzas ordered at once.no mistakes in the order:)

The pizza I ordered was an extra large. They sent a small. It was crazy small. The pizza had to much salt on it. Why. The delivery guy was very rude. My opperation avoid.

Terrible service. Person who answered the phone could not understand plain language. We could hardly hear him. Sent one small pizza instead of delivering family size as ordered. Pizza dough not cooked properly. Failed to complete order correctly. Tried to send Hawaiian pizza instead of Godfather. We asked them to correct and complete the order. We asked the second pizza driver to phone his manager but the line was continually engaged, so we asked the driver to return the second pizza.

Fantastic staff, always does my order right and well! Lovely lady at the counter always serves me and make sure everything is ok:)

Good pizza, cheap and well made. Always check your pizza when you pick it to though, as sometimes they give you the wrong one. (Not an issue when you ordered a value pizza and they give you a traditional)

Said that they don't have any thin and crispy anymore, but by knowing that the dough is the same etc. They still didn't wanted to make a new one, just said that a friend of mine who works as Domino's doesn't work here. How rude. Never again! Horrible store with horrible service!
