Domino's Pizza Calamvale

REDEEMED! Absolute top quality from calamvale, seriously the best dominos anywhere, they've 100% picked up their game. Im getting fat - thats how good these pizzas and cheesy garlic scrolls are nowadays. 10/10

I double ordered and called straight away to cancel 1 order, the lady Jemma told us its already out for delivery and we couldn't cancel. That was pretty quick, 1 minute after order and its on the the car for delivery.

Overall just an awesome store, from the first step you take, til you close the door. The smiles and warm feeling of comfort just cannot be beat due to the smiles on everyone’s face. Big shoutout to sophie who was super nice upon first greeting, she helped me with my order and made sure i was satisfied with what i got. Nothing more to say then it is clearly evident that the store is run by the best managers out, making sure everyone enjoys their food and making sure the customer feels safe and comfortable while ordering. Love this store and most certainly will be coming back!

What a complete turnaround with new management.
The team at Domino's Calamvale has saved this ship from sinking.
Under previous management, about 1.5 to 2yrs ago we ordered multiple pizzas here and ALL was RAW, lack of toppings and absolutely zero care.
We had to stick it back into our home ovens to ensure we could even consume it.

Since then we ordered from Domino's Browns Plains store, even though its further away.we had to order something eatable.

Fast forward.news broke out that Domino's Calamvale is under new management.

Gave it last and final chance to redeem and WOW.pizzas are now close to PERFECTION. Well cooked, toppings evenly placed, sauces fresh and moat importantly the SERVICE.they absolutely care about everyone who walks in.

I've noticed this on my 3rd return and decided to have a chat with the managers on duty. Told them I've noticed the change and very appreciated of their hard work.

The whole team takes credit for the efforts but two staff members who I've noticed stood out is Elder the manager and Anupa the store manager.

These two are the backbone of this operation. Highest recognition should be presented to the two.

I myself have professionally managed kitchen brigades consisting of 25+ chefs. I understand the value in a turnaround like this.

Oh i loved Lesley's customer service tonight. My order was out nice and warm and Lesley's smile just made it even better! Thank you so much for this service, definately will come back!

Customer service great, food was good, although the wait was almost 1 hour it can’t be helped with minimal staff.
Please get more staff so the rest aren’t being abused by customers who are waiting for up to an hour or more.
This was a Sunday, charged the surcharge aswell so I’m sure you can pay more staff. Only 4 staff members on who were definitely under the pump.

Fast online orders, service is great, everyone willing to assist once you walk in the store

I don’t wanna be this person doing the cringey reviews but this girl called laura welcomed us straight away and was so nice and had such a nice attitude, me and my friends were confused on collecting our order and she handled us with such care i will totally be coming back.

Not the worst of domino’s. Service is great, always friendly. But at the end of the day, it’s just domino’s.

This has to be the worst Dominos in the country! Picked up my 2 pizzas and when I got home I realised one of them was wrong. When I called the store they said they'd deliver a replacement in 15min. I called again 25min later and was told they had put it down as a pick up and it'll be another 15min! The delivery driver called me 20min later and was at the wrong address. Incompetent is an understatement!

Absolutely appalled by the pizza I received when using Domino's $15 delivered deal from this store. The so called thin and crispy pizza arrived thin and soggy. The additional pepperoni topping which I had paid for was not on the pizza. Not only that but this chicken and camembert pizza had slices which had no chicken at all on them. No slice had more than a single tiny fragment of chicken on it and the ground beef additional topping may or may not have been there but if it was, it was only present in quite insignificant amounts. Is this the way all domino's pizzas at this store are made or is it only the $15 deal that gets this treatment? In either case, it is, in my opinion, tantamount to fraud. I cannot begin to express how annoyed I am about this. I would also like to know why, on the $15 deal, which says "delivered", I was charged an additional "delivery fee"? This? In my honestly held opinion is the very definition of false advertising. If something is not done about these issues (and I don't mean just an offer of replacement or refund, after all, a refund is the very least that should be done here and that should go without saying) I will be reporting the matter to the ACCC and the office of Fair Trading, Queensland.

Domino's is Domino's and I have enjoyed the experience and can't find any other things to say, except good enough for me

Placed a massive order before closing and even added extras… but Caitlin handled it like a pro! Her customer service was amazing! She definitely needs a pay rise

Very poor service, I arrived when it said my pizzas would be ready only to wait almost 10mins to be acknowledged. When someone finally came over he said how can I help you, as I spoke he decided to answer the phone and take an order instead completely ignoring myself and 2 other customers!
When I finally got to ask for my pizzas they kept telling me they were almost done, then they were already made but they couldn't be found. So 20mins later turns out they were on the side bench the whole time! When I said they'd be cold they said we can remake them but by this stage my kids had waited 40mins for food and I couldn't wait the extra 20mins plus the drive home. Thinking they were 'warm' enough I got home only to find they were quite cold to the point they needed to be microwaved. To say I'm angry is an understatement, I understand they are young but where was the supervisor or senior? I still got charged $35 for cold pizza and terrible service!

They spiked my loaded supreme with frank's hot sauce thats originally used with their chicken wings.

Very impressed by the order and surprise pizza cake on my birthday. Pizzas were so yummy and very good service. Staff is very good.

Useless.ordered online for delivery. Didn’t get delivered and when I rang to complain they told me I must have ordered from another store and refused to accept any other explanation. I then drove to the store and showed them the order on my phone and they said they got the order and they will re deliver. Another hour and it still wasn’t delivered. Rang again and they said they will redeliver it for free. I said I’ve already paid for it so it’s not free and he goes “oh yeah”. Asked for money back and they said it will take a couple of days. Never again
