Domino's Pizza Calamvale

I double ordered and called straight away to cancel 1 order, the lady Jemma told us its already out for delivery and we couldn't cancel. That was pretty quick, 1 minute after order and its on the the car for delivery.

This has to be the worst Dominos in the country! Picked up my 2 pizzas and when I got home I realised one of them was wrong. When I called the store they said they'd deliver a replacement in 15min. I called again 25min later and was told they had put it down as a pick up and it'll be another 15min! The delivery driver called me 20min later and was at the wrong address. Incompetent is an understatement!

Absolutely appalled by the pizza I received when using Domino's $15 delivered deal from this store. The so called thin and crispy pizza arrived thin and soggy. The additional pepperoni topping which I had paid for was not on the pizza. Not only that but this chicken and camembert pizza had slices which had no chicken at all on them. No slice had more than a single tiny fragment of chicken on it and the ground beef additional topping may or may not have been there but if it was, it was only present in quite insignificant amounts. Is this the way all domino's pizzas at this store are made or is it only the $15 deal that gets this treatment? In either case, it is, in my opinion, tantamount to fraud. I cannot begin to express how annoyed I am about this. I would also like to know why, on the $15 deal, which says "delivered", I was charged an additional "delivery fee"? This? In my honestly held opinion is the very definition of false advertising. If something is not done about these issues (and I don't mean just an offer of replacement or refund, after all, a refund is the very least that should be done here and that should go without saying) I will be reporting the matter to the ACCC and the office of Fair Trading, Queensland.

Very poor service, I arrived when it said my pizzas would be ready only to wait almost 10mins to be acknowledged. When someone finally came over he said how can I help you, as I spoke he decided to answer the phone and take an order instead completely ignoring myself and 2 other customers!
When I finally got to ask for my pizzas they kept telling me they were almost done, then they were already made but they couldn't be found. So 20mins later turns out they were on the side bench the whole time! When I said they'd be cold they said we can remake them but by this stage my kids had waited 40mins for food and I couldn't wait the extra 20mins plus the drive home. Thinking they were 'warm' enough I got home only to find they were quite cold to the point they needed to be microwaved. To say I'm angry is an understatement, I understand they are young but where was the supervisor or senior? I still got charged $35 for cold pizza and terrible service!

Useless.ordered online for delivery. Didn’t get delivered and when I rang to complain they told me I must have ordered from another store and refused to accept any other explanation. I then drove to the store and showed them the order on my phone and they said they got the order and they will re deliver. Another hour and it still wasn’t delivered. Rang again and they said they will redeliver it for free. I said I’ve already paid for it so it’s not free and he goes “oh yeah”. Asked for money back and they said it will take a couple of days. Never again

Hi, we ordered 45 pizza at 2.30pm but they delivered at 1.10pm.
All pizza very cold and hard as rock. Very poor customer service when tried to reach out their manager. Would never recommended to anyone. Calamvale shop.

Staff can't even take an order correctly & yr pizza makers don't even read instructions correctly either. Definately not coming back again I'll go buy from a competitor from now on.

This store really needs to just close its doors and stop tormenting pizza lovers with its poor excuse for food. Its a clown show. You wont get anything even close to what your expecting. Below are "Cheese and Garlic Scrolls" reality vs advertised.

Wish I could give no stars and I received no food.
Ordered at 10: 30 pm estimated to come at 11, first GPS tracker wasn't working, no food, then the tracker just wasn't working at all and it was the "processing order" page. Food never got here, called multiple times and they didn't pick up the phone. I want my money back.

Just received a phone call to say my order wouldn't be getting delivered due to a storm coming. Checked BOM and no storm on the radar? Also advised it would take two days for my refund. When I tried to phone they are now not answering the phone. This is not the first issue with this store. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE - GO ELSEWHERE.

I am extremely passed off! Quoted $ for a large supreme pizza then when it turns up it was $27 I understand the delivery fee however there was only 3 bits of ham on there with a a few pieces of capsicum it was all tomatoe paste and looked like a small. Never again! Shame on you taking advantage.

Ordered pizza online then told their oven is broken and they have no pizza half an hour after it was due to arrive then told I won’t get my money back for three days. Last time my order actually arrived it was burnt will never ever order Domino’s again and would recommend everyone else orders somewhere else as you can not rely on them to deliver your order we have children to feed what a joke your company is!

Cheesy garlic scrolls burnt to a crisp, not even edible.second time this has happened. How could the workers even think to not throw this in the bin.

Management of this store have no idea. I went into the store and placed an order for pick up, paid and was told that it would be 15 minutes, after 15 minutes I ask how far away my order was - 1 pizza was ready and sitting in the hot box but the other 3 pizzas were still being prepared. 10 minutes later I asked for another update to then be told that my order had been delivered to my house… well 3 of the pizzas had been delivered.the 4th pizza was still sitting in the hot box. The managers response. “Sorry.these things happen”. Full recommend buying from Pizza Hut in Stratton.management there know how to run a store.

Order arrived 40 minutes late. Cold. And even if it was hot, what a sorry excuse for a pizza. Never again.

There customer service is zero because I ordered something else and they gave me something different, as I ordered garlic cheese bread they gave me cheese pizza, and they did not even give me drink, when I call them to complain they told me sorry, we are unable to find your order.

I availed the special tonight of 3 traditional pizza and 3 sides for $33. Order arrived 30 minutes late, supposed to be 7: 19pm but arrived 8pm, missing the lava cake and delivered pepsi regular instead of pepsi max I ordered coz I am diabetic. Called to inform the store and was told that they will bring the lava cake and drink. Waited one hour 9pm, no one came. Called again and was told that they did not get the first message and was advised that she will send it again. Waited again until 10pm, nothing came. Called the third time and spoke with Cooper and was told he's sending it straight away, it's now 10: 30pm and still nothing. I am going to sleep now and all I can say is Dominos Calamvale, you have ruined our dinner. What a total waste of $33!

This is the soggy slop you'll receive, a "premium chicken supreme" missing capsicums, oregano and spring onions.
