Dalrymple Hotel

All staff were very friendly, accomodation was nice and clean and the lady in reception on the weekend was so lovely and polite

So far it's adequate but it was nice we got a complementary breakfast but no plates to eat on just a glass and cups. The shower was lovely pressure and temperature but no door or curtain on shower. Fortunate that it was in a separate room and it can be closed. Just about to check out meal.

Great food. The woman that seated us and served us at the bar was awesome. She was very friendly and had a great attitude.

Could not fault the size or the quality of the food - plates could have been warmer especially for pasta based dishes. Bar staff in dining area could be trained in personalise customer service a little more - got the impression that he didn't really want to be there and that everything was too much trouble. Quicker service by going thru to main bar and obtaining drinks from staff there.

Hopefully they were just having a bad night had been awhile since I had been there but service was slow food was ordinary the chick at the bar was slow as and was so unwilling to get me what I wanted to drink I had change me drunk to suit her

Went for lunch my wife has had weight loss surgery and can only eat small meals and was not allowed to order a kids meal and had to order a normal meal which she could not eat am not happy will not be back

Left in the middle of the night. Place stank when arrived of stale beer. Partner refused service at 10pm while semi intoxicated but still by no means abusive or aggravated absolute dump do not waste your time or money on this motel

Probably the only pub in Townsville that won't allow you to take home your left over food. Staff are very dry, not a nice experience.

I used to love the Daly, but after recent visits I've felt that the management of the restaurant has lost its touch with customers.

The food has always been great but the friendly service I used to get is no longer. They wouldn't even allow us to have a take away container for our lovely food we couldn't finish. So it sat on the plate to be thrown out. Very sad.

Meals were a bit sad, one had salad not dressed, one with undercooked rice, and one with undercooked cauliflower and a mysterious solitary slice of corn cob two kernels thick?

Had a great time relaxing sitting having a wonderful meal a couple of cocktails and rums amazing service and wonderful staff thank you

The rooms were spacious and very clean
The food at the steakhouse was great and the staff service was good

Lots of different experiences from top band's to good food sports and a tradies bar to good pokies lounge

Excellent service, staff are very helpful very compassionate towards the comfort of the consumers. The motel Rooms are of high standard.

Good food, good service, good company. Sadly the band started up in an adjoining room, and it was quite load, before we had finished eating.

Hi i haven't been back at the Dalrymple for quite a while and i must say what a delight i was in public bar had a look at steakhouse and the staff were friendly (how it always should be)

Went for dinner at Graziers Steakhouse with my parents and partner. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the staff very friendly.

Overpriced rooms, crazy level of noise at night, staff talking outside of rooms late at night and early morning, people smoking everywhere. Really unpleasant motel.

I love this place for the Cashflow 101 games there each month.
Food is also exceptional quality. Especially the lamb shanks

Absolutely disgraceful customer service from 3 of the waitresses! Don’t waste your time or money! 50 mins wait to be given the wrong meal only to be fronted by bi*chy attitudes and mannerisms! I will not be recommending your venue to anyone I know.
