Lack of customer service when ordering now through an app. How Robotic, not nice.wont be back. Nice food, abit expensive.

I ordered the pork ribs, which come with coleslaw and a baked potato. I also paid extra for dianne sauce. Not worth the price. The ribs themselves were good, really tender, but the coleslaw wasn't very fresh and tastes like slightly musky heavy mayo, not fresh and tangy with a proper coleslaw dressing. The "baked" potato was actually only half a potato, and a grey brown colour that looked and tasted like it had been boiled, with soggy skin. A proper baked potato should be fluffy and gold with a crispy skin. The small serve of dianne sauce tastes like not-great gravy, definitely not worth the extra $3. I didn't want to finish either the potato or the coleslaw. Definitely disappointed. Would expect much better, especially for the price.

Had dinner last night 16/04/22, staff was helpful, steak and ribbs was cooked nice, salt and pepper calamari was way too salty, It was like eating just salt, very disappointed that you couldn't take away your leftovers

I've only ever experienced rude staff on the dining/restaurant side, so I ordered a feed with my partner for the sportsbar instead. Meal options are limited at the sportsbar area compared to the main restaurant but has the essentials (parmi and crumbed steaks) and this is exactly what we ordered. The meals were beautiful, good atmosphere, and friendly staff. Will definitely return to the sportsbar. Thanks guys.

Um, I really hate to do this, but the food needs some work. The two of us had lunch and it was unfortunately not good.

Had the seafood basket on Sunday. Absolutely beautiful!

We went to have the lunch on 27/02/2022 at 12.30-1.00 pm. We were on table no: 10. Nobody serve the menu or cutlery for us. Felt discrimination. We ordered prawn noodle and it comes without prawns and we talk about one of ladies there and she took the plate and come with two prawns there. Need to improve as professional. Thanks.

Thursday night dinner out, we decided to try Graziers at the Dalrymple. Environment good. Staff not able to deal with the questions around menus and were rather defensive. What, I mean about menus, is the online (tap and go) did not match the paper menu and the register menu is also different (meals and cost). Amazing three different menus. A great start to our evening. Decision on what to eat finally made and ordered the crumbed Steak The steak looked and tasted like a processed piece of sauage meat not actual steak.

Overall it was good however.my wife said the fish was a bit dry and could I get some hollandaise sauce to make it less so.
The young man at the counter was most helpful and asked the chef for the sauce, to which the chef said " we are not a charity" loud enough for me to hear, so with that I said if the fish wasn't dry I would not have asked.
Won't go back or recommend this for a place to eat.no excuse for rudeness.

Had lunch with friends the food was delicious, prices were good and the service was great. The kids had a great time on the playground. We will definitely be back!

Went there for lunch on Saturday with a large group. We were told we could not have a hard copy menu, the only copy was stuck to the counter at the register or otherwise available online. FYI guys, not everyone is a whizz with a smartphone.especially older folks. The food was nice but the young service staff lied when I asked for a bag to take my remaining pizza home. You don't need a take away license for that. Food purchased by a customer at a food business becomes the property of that customer.you can look that up on the QLD Govt website. They state it is not illegal to provide doggy bags and it may be (and was) seen as poor customer service if a business refuses to provide a doggy bag. I'd also recommend you get rid of the wine on tap.it is downright awful I only tried it because I was charged over $20 for a glass of house merlot and a lemonade

Nice location, big grass play area for the kids to kick the balls around, friendly receptionist & security lady, comfy & clean room, and also the free breakfast packs provided were so helpful, thankyou.

All stuff was friendly and very helpful the rooms was great clean and the cleaners were very helpful and with a great price I would definitely stay again.

Not sure if there has been a change in the kitchen but the meals were less than ordinary. Honestly I'm glad that no one asked how our meals were because I'd have nothing nice to say.
Steak was chewy and over cooked. Not worth the money paid for it.
I'd have to say that I'd rather spend money on fast food takeaway rather then push another dollar through your tills!

Very poor service and food. Went there last night for dinner thinking it was still as amazing (haven't been there for a year) and it wasn't. The staff have no manners, don't greet and do not smile at all. Have no clue about their specials apparently. It was Sunday (kids eat free) and apparently no one knew about it but the chef. Spent 10 minutes just waiting for the lady to put in my order as she didn't know how to make the kids meal free (she wasn't new, just didn't know about the free thing) and no "hello how are you? " when I went to order, it was just "what would you like? " Their app doesn't do kids eat free special either. My chicken parmi was okay, my partners Full rack of pork ribs ($48!) Tasted like it was just microwaved and my sons meal was skimpy for the $10 worth. And to top it off, my son ended up getting food poisoning from his nuggets. So yeah, wasn't worth the $85 at all! No asking from staff if our meal was good or anything and when we were ready to go all that was said was "are you finished? " And as we were up leaving (when he collected the plates nothing was said so I said "have a lovely night, thanks" and he replied "yeah thanks. " Will not be going back again.

Outstanding service by those in charge of the accommodation. They were able to make last minute adjustments to my booking without fuss, and even added on an extra nights stay for me in the same room with less than a days notice. Was most appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location if you need to be close to the RAAF base/airport. The Graziers steakhouse next door was a great place for dinner too (although they need better beers on tap). ;)

Perhaps it was the recycled glass smashing at 6.30am or the lack of lamps or bedsides or the general filth surrounding the hotel or the fact that whilst it said it was a 2 bedroom apartment it was, in fact, just two bedrooms without a couch or anywhere to really sit or maybe it was the cockroach in the shower that finally made me leave after one night into a two night stay. Grim.

The manager and bar staff are absolutely rude and couldn't care less about public relation skills. I have never in my life come across such a rude environment

Had a group booking last Friday in the front bar of the Hotel, staff we fantastic, food was fabulous venue was clean and tidy will be recommending for sure
