25Required information transferred from one computer to another urgently due to work purposes. Phoned and spoke with Shane and he attended same day. We had problems with passwords when I come to pick up and Shane worked through the frustrating process for several hours until rectified. Very happy customer.
Being a 72 yo non Tech dinosaur from the Jurassic era, I had several ongoing problems with my PC, which were quickly addressed and fixed by Shane, who was very obliging in explaining the issues in a fashion even I could understand even though I knew he was busy at the time.
I was particularly happy with the overall turnaround response and the effort taken to explain the finer details of the cause of my problems with this PC.
