I had the best service one could ask for today! The manager at Hooper Centre is efficient, courteous and professional and had my laptop fixed in less than 2 hours. So important given I had travelled from Cairns to Toowoomba for a contract.

Shane was great. He understood my problem perfectly and my PC was returned in perfect condition within 24 hours and furthermore the cost was perfectly reasonable. Thanks.

Tried to return a computer fan, after the the salesman looked at the desktop and said it would fit (for it to not fit). Came back 2 days later request a refund, to be basically told I was lying and refused refund.

Got the laptop back completely wrecked. I understand one of the hinges was broken but we got the laptop back in two pieces - the screen and the keyboard. And then expected to pay? That I dont understand. Also was not greeted for at least 10min when we went in. Disappointed

I had massive problems with my desktop computer and the lads at CTS were able to fix them by doing the necessary tests and came up with a solution. It took a lot longer than I had hoped but due to Easter I guess that couldn't be helped. Each time I rang, the staff were very helpful and if an answer could not be provided immediately, they were quick to get back to me. Can't fault them.

Had been unable to sort out my internet issues. Liam advised me what to do and now it's working perfectly. A very happy customer.

I only had a minor problem but I must say I was impressed with the promptness and efficiency of their home service. As a relative newcomer to Toowoomba I am pleased I have made the right contact for any future needs.

Highly recommended, I spoke to Shane on the phone regarding issues with my computer, I live in Warwick so Shane made arrangements for me to leave the computer with him the next day when I travelled to Toowoomba. Shane worked on the unit while I carried out my chores in Town. Shane called twice once to confirm an issue and next to say the laptop was ready. Shane is easy to talk to and very obliging, just a pleasure and assurance that my computer is in good hands. The charges for the repair and "fitting me in" was more than reasonable. I can fully recommend the Computer Troubleshooters Toowoomba. They fixed a problem I have had for some months, in approximately 40 minutes. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the same problem, with the problem still not fixed. Thank you!

When I dropped in yesterday, two technicians were available and both stopped what they were doing to take a look at my laptop, and I was out in ten minutes and got excellent service. They spent a solid ten minutes both working through a checklist of potential fixes. Clearly they’re good at what they do, but I also appreciated being included in the conversation without feeling like I knew absolutely nothing. (Let’s be honest, when it comes to computers I pretty much do - but a computer tech who doesn’t make you feel dumb is worth their weight in gold.) Sadly my computer is dead, but knowing that quickly and not spending a lot of money means I’ll have a new computer and be up on my feet sooner. I am so grateful to these guys and will definitely be back next time I have tech issues.

Do not go here for hardware issues. They dropped my $400 CPU (bent one tiny pin, fits before there, doesn't after). Then told me they didn't do anything, and didn't want the job. The job was install a CPU, update MB BIOS, and windows OS install/update. Yes, my board was oily, but I expected your shop to have circuit cleaning supplies. No, you haven't seen me since, because I replaced it cheap.

I was impressed with their knowledge of solutions to my computer problem. They fixed the issue & sent me a text that afternoon.
