I had the best service one could ask for today! The manager at Hooper Centre is efficient, courteous and professional and had my laptop fixed in less than 2 hours. So important given I had travelled from Cairns to Toowoomba for a contract.

Shane was great. He understood my problem perfectly and my PC was returned in perfect condition within 24 hours and furthermore the cost was perfectly reasonable. Thanks.

I had massive problems with my desktop computer and the lads at CTS were able to fix them by doing the necessary tests and came up with a solution. It took a lot longer than I had hoped but due to Easter I guess that couldn't be helped. Each time I rang, the staff were very helpful and if an answer could not be provided immediately, they were quick to get back to me. Can't fault them.

Had been unable to sort out my internet issues. Liam advised me what to do and now it's working perfectly. A very happy customer.

Highly recommended, I spoke to Shane on the phone regarding issues with my computer, I live in Warwick so Shane made arrangements for me to leave the computer with him the next day when I travelled to Toowoomba. Shane worked on the unit while I carried out my chores in Town. Shane called twice once to confirm an issue and next to say the laptop was ready. Shane is easy to talk to and very obliging, just a pleasure and assurance that my computer is in good hands. The charges for the repair and "fitting me in" was more than reasonable. I can fully recommend the Computer Troubleshooters Toowoomba. They fixed a problem I have had for some months, in approximately 40 minutes. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the same problem, with the problem still not fixed. Thank you!

When I dropped in yesterday, two technicians were available and both stopped what they were doing to take a look at my laptop, and I was out in ten minutes and got excellent service. They spent a solid ten minutes both working through a checklist of potential fixes. Clearly they’re good at what they do, but I also appreciated being included in the conversation without feeling like I knew absolutely nothing. (Let’s be honest, when it comes to computers I pretty much do - but a computer tech who doesn’t make you feel dumb is worth their weight in gold.) Sadly my computer is dead, but knowing that quickly and not spending a lot of money means I’ll have a new computer and be up on my feet sooner. I am so grateful to these guys and will definitely be back next time I have tech issues.

Required information transferred from one computer to another urgently due to work purposes. Phoned and spoke with Shane and he attended same day. We had problems with passwords when I come to pick up and Shane worked through the frustrating process for several hours until rectified. Very happy customer.

Being a 72 yo non Tech dinosaur from the Jurassic era, I had several ongoing problems with my PC, which were quickly addressed and fixed by Shane, who was very obliging in explaining the issues in a fashion even I could understand even though I knew he was busy at the time.

I was particularly happy with the overall turnaround response and the effort taken to explain the finer details of the cause of my problems with this PC.
