Absolutely shocking customer service, it took them 4 days and a phone call since I placed my order just for them to text me to say it’s not in stock. Ridiculous. I would Recommend going anywhere else besides this very unorganised store.

I bought a small tool online and was happy with everything. Just one minor thing - the item was shipped in a much bigger box with airbags, but arrived partly crushed. The product was fine though.

I have ordered tool but it wasn't in stock. So they just gave me free upgrade which is newest one. And fast delivery. Everything was great. I will order other one as well when i need tools.

Ordered online 13 Nov, text received asking for more personal details, rang C&L and verified my name and order, delivery received 28 Nov 2018 all present and in good order. Live interstate and online process very easy to use, but 4 out of 5, would have been nice to receive a text or email before receiving it to say it was on its way.

Ordered online from interstate on special freight free deal. Payed extra for freight to ensure speedy delivery. They got my money and then text me they were out of stock. Got item 10 days later in normal post not express. The job i needed it for is now finished and the tool is still in the box unused. Will never use them again. Did not even get refund for the freight. Piss Poor.
