I couldn’t find a particular battery grinder in my home town so looked on the net. Found C & L and ordered online. Pretty sure these guys had been affected by the recent floods so was prepared for a bit of wait. A day after I’d ordered on line my grinder was at my door. I couldn’t believe it. Best service ever. I’ll be back!

Great service. All the items we required were in stock and we received them in two days from purchase which being in another state is excellent.

Short version: They price match, their store is big, and they have tools that no one else keeps in stock.

I drove all the way across Brisbane to C&L in a last ditch effort to purchase a specific model of line trimmer. No one within 20km of my house had the model. Not only did C&L have a few in stock, they also had some sweet accessories no one else has.

The staff were generous in their effort to take care of me. One feller spent 10 minutes searching the warehouse to be sure I bought the right model.

I asked C&L to match the cheapest competition. Not only did they price-match, they absolutely massacred the competitors' price.

I'm now a customer for life. I almost never give 5 stars, but C&L are worth every one.

Was chasing a Tormek T8 which few stores stock in Australia. Not only did they have stock but ordered on a Wednesday and delivered on the Friday, free postage. Don’t get much better than that. My new go to store for all tool purchases.

Ordered some bulk PRO PC 822 masks to stop fogging of my glasses as have to wear a mask all day in the cafe. Great masks and the price was good and delivery was quick.

Dispatched in a day, shipped the next morning and received that afternoon. Queensland to South Australia. Express postage worth every cent. Local stores were going to take 9-15 days to get what I wanted.
