Very rude service by the girl with blue hair, if your having a bad day please don't direct your anger towards a customer. Also shocking range in general with their peg and portable clothesline range.

Staff can't do their jobs properly and management is pathetic, will not be returning after a staff member yelled at me for "theft" when I had not stolen anything AND presented the receipt for the items in my trolley. Management then proceeded to defend this employee after she lied about the altercation, and could not even get his story straight.

Great bunnings store layout. The car park however must have been designed by 17 blind monkeys and a travelling circus made up of more blind monkeys that had too much to drink. You can sit in your car and watch the hilariously bad intersections cause near misses every few minutes.

Horrible team work. Had 6 items put aside for me, drove an hour to collect them and they didn't know where they were. None left on the shelf

What can I say Bunnings is Bunnings. Great new store has a bigger range than some other stores. But like all Bunnings staff were a bit hard to find when you need a hand with something. We did find a staff member but were told I am going on lunch and to find someone else.

Great Bunnings. Plenty of space and selection. Good undercover parking with easy access to trade area and the normal entrance.

Linus was awesome, keep that man on the floor, he was helpful, polite, we purchased more for our kitchen and bathroom because he helped us

The new trade drive in, is massive. Plenty of room when I went and not having to deal with tight corners

Wow for a Bunnings Warehouse it is really huge heaps of under cover parking with disability accessibility close to the entrance rolling ramp up to the entrances and around the complex easily accessible. Has all the gardening and outdoor needs

Great place. Staff seem very helpful here. This is a big store so the variety is massive. Much more than many other warehouses.

Bought a $399 jumbuck hooded bbq from here on tuesday and opened it last night to notice the whole top part with the elements, hood and dials was missing and a side burner for a Matador 4 burner bbq ($649 one) or 6 burner bbq ($799 one) was inside the box instead. Rang them to let them know, but was told they didn't have another one in stock and couldn't refund me because I already opened the box, then I was told to ring another bunnings to check if they had one and get an exchange for another one. No apology at all. I would be checking what bbq is now missing a side burner if I were them. Someone who works there is ripping the company off and they need to investigate. He or she may have stolen more. Thanks to Toombul Bunnings for the help.

Huge store. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff. Overwhelming range of everything I’ve looked for in store. Always found what I wanted, with sensible prices as well.

Not your usual Bunnings shopping experience. Avoid this place on the weekends, crowds and fed up staff.

Went to get LED lights. David was a great help fantastic service. Straight to the point got what I wanted. Excellent Service

When we did, the female staff member said she didnt know the bath dept at all and there was no staff available in the dept

Well stocked n clean but we need staff expertise on the floor for guidance sometimes when choosing something

Lovely new shop, well stocked, helpful staff. Parking is very easy, under cover and plenty of it. Easy to find what you want, need

Store is nice but they have a VERY hard time keeping the items stocked. The staff also seem more disinterested in helping customers.
