On Wednesday afternoon, 15 November I was at Bunning Virginia with my daughter and grandson when I felt quite faint and had tightness in my chest my daughter help me lay down on a lounge and the staff at Virginia Heather, Nick, Adam, ANNA, Tina and Shane were absolutely incredible. We recently went through the demolition and install of a new kitchen. Ange in the kitchen area was AMAZING! There was nothing that was too much trouble for her. She was true to her word in getting back to us with information the minute she had it to hand and went above & beyond to ensure everything went well. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks Ange!

There's not always a staff member available & sometime when they are they don't have knowledge of where things are even when they check. The online availability of product is a joke. It's never accurate & this was acknowledged by a staff member.

Burnings Virginia outfit looks pretty new.
The lights are bright and the ceilings are high. If you buy something and have a receipt, it makes it easy to exchange or refund. If you have a Burnings Power Pass Card, there is also a 5% discount.

Nice new set up. Easy to find things. Car park a bit confusing. Need to go in carpark to get to Office Works, staff nice and friendly

Absolute joke. No one knows anything no one is willing to take responsibility. They've given the wrong parts twice. Have no idea what's happening with special orders. Went to speak to someone and they had someone who usually works in the kitchen behind the counter. Complete waste of time and money. Disgraceful. I'd go as far as say it's robbery.

Want to thank a guy by the name of Ian who works in the garden section who helped with large bags of soil to my car. He spotted a flat tyre on my car which he offered to change the tyre for me. Above and beyond customer service big thank you

Yeh. Feel like for no reason. I was followed around. Like. I was. Some thief so I feel the staff are very judgemental.

Saturday I took battery powered equipment back. I was accused of wanting new products because because the battery product started to work momentarily. The male staff member said he couldn't help me. This product has 7 years warranty it was less than a year old. Very poor customer service.

Some staff are great but be careful of the 9pm closing timed enforcers they get very expressive if your not out by that time.

Love Bunnings has always got what I need and always leave with extra things

Great service and overall have very classy products that were very high quality and have lasted very long outdoors. I recently bought multiple pot plants such as, Skimmia japonica, Hebe and
Agapanthus. They have really added warmth and colour to my vege patch and were well priced would definitely recommend this store

It is nice to have a big household chain nearby. It opened just several years ago. So, a nice new big store.
It is a shame that it is the only one hardware chain present in Australia, means as a monopoly they can set the pricing they want.

Easy access on Sandgate Rd. Plenty of covered car parking spaces. Staff are nice and accommodating.
