The old lady who served me at the front register R01 was so rude and unpleasant, she needs to learn customer service, she's wouldn't like it if i raised my tone and was rude back, so don't speak to your customers that way. Management needs to address this with her, Unacceptable behavior.

Toowoomba has 2, Both are Bunnings stores! Big. Good range, some limits to variety in some areas. Everything from screws, to hand and electric tools. Garden supplies and plants, Timber and supplies for building from clips to bags of concrete, in a drive thru.
