Bunnings Toowoomba West

Very disappointed that the entrance's are still blocked off, it's one thing to try and control traffic flow under the name of COVID, but this stop's at the store entry. While I have still used Bunnings, I am now more likely to go to mitre 10 or the market's

When the [terrible] decision was made to block entry at the nursery "they" obviously did not think or care about the senior citizens who used it all the time. If it was an attempt to save wages it was a huge fail. When i was there yesterday there were three female staff members standing at the main entrance talking. Mitre 10 here i come.

Ohhhh who could not injoy going here to shop as you can find so much here. And as a lady I really like all the plants & the artificial one's are pretty nice which I walked out with 3.

Worst Bunnings I have ever been to, walked around for 2 hours and the only time I got help w was when I asked for it, staff members walked past as I struggled loading timber. Damaged my good timber won't bother going back for bad service or asking for a refund it would only make me want to punch them

A very large store with a wide variety of household and garden products. The service is great and the place is kept very clean.

Absolutely horrendous service, simply didn't exist. The place is absolutely packed and all they have open is the returns counter and the self service checkouts. So many people queued up but not enough room and impossible to social distance. Went in for a single tube of silicone which I found in about 2 minutes but was over half an hour before I was able to get through the checkouts.

Great company directors. Good to become a shareholder of Wesfarmers now they have knocked out most of the competition. There significant price increases over the last couple of years, have allowed BMS to be more competitive.

We’ve been here twice over the past few weeks doing renovations for an investment property. We’re not from Toowoomba but both times we’ve seen and been helped by Bianca. She’s been so helpful both times. Way above and beyond! Thanks Bianca! You deserve a raise! From Kate and Shane

Service doesn't quite match the quality of that of the Toowoomba North store.
And rather inconveniently, the self service checkouts are never open.

Went to collect the extension cord, staff said- we have a stock but somebody has to get it from the pallet and literally asked me to go to other bunnings to get that. HOW PATHETIC!

This particular Bunnings, staff are quite rude, mainly at checkout. I have spoken to management about this but it hasn't seemed to change, at the information desk. I try not to visit this particular store and would recommend the city store.

Popped in to get some prices on a few items for our back kitchen reno, the ladies and gents in the kitchen flooring area were more than helpful. After numerous searches and questions they were still smiling and helpful, thanks for pointing us to the right places and right stuff required.

Friendly staff and for once they had what I wanted in stock and on the shelf. This Bunnings could well be one of the best in SEQld

So much stuff is available here that you could easily spend a full day, or more, just browsing. Some of the foreign staff didn't know where to find the things we asked for help with, but others did & everything we needed was eventually found.

It's the 3rd time in a month I have been to Bunnings and the items I want are out of stock. Disappointed but Mitre 10 got my business again

Always spend too much. I love the plant section. It would be nice for bunnings to have a 2 for 1 sale on plants every now and then though, not just the plants that are just about done for the season.

Staff helpful, will show you where product is (unlike Warwick store) and ask if there is anything else they could assist with

I needed help with purchasing my goods but there was NO assistant to be seen. I waited 20minutes and still no one. Need more workers.

It is great to have two Bunnings in one town. I love going into either Bunnings west is smaller of the two but still packed to the rafters with not only your gardening needs but with all of your plumbing, building and your tools all pack in the one shop store. Everyone will enjoy there coffee shop. There is wheelchair accessible parking and the shop is also wheelchair accessible with trolleys to help you carry all of your great shopping. The friendly staff are there to help you with any of your questions or help you may need. They are also willing to help you to your car
