Bunnings Toowoomba West

Normally try not to leave negative reviews
But I'm pretty disappointed with my experience here.

Firstly I checked their website to see if they had something in stock. They did according to website. But I thought I'd call to see if they definitely had it. Call. The girl was nice enough & said she couldn't leave her station to confirm or couldn't get anyone else to check. Okay. But she said "I'll get someone to check and then give you a ring back in 15 minutes". Okay. Kinda annoying. But I get it. It gets busy sometimes.

So 40 minutes pass & still no call back. I call the store again & ask if they had seen if the product was there yet. The guy said he got side tracked but couldn't see any on the shelf.

I decided go just go there myself. I found the product within about 2 minutes of looking myself.

But that's not all. I went to the garden section for help looking for a specific plant. The lady who was the plant expert was in the middle of a conversation with a friend. So i just ask quickly if they had this plant in stock. She just said "Oh. I don't think we have those at the moment. " Then went back to talking to her friend. Which was clearly more interesting. I mean I would probably have checked properly. And if they didn't have it, let the customer know ETAs or maybe alternatives. But Okay.

So I had a look around & found the plant I wanted (it was also in stock).

I feel the other bunnings in Toowoomba is far better.

I had a fantastic experience at Bunnings recently. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Rachel. She went out of her way to help us carry our coffees to the checkout when we had too much to handle. Her assistance made our visit much smoother and more enjoyable. Thank you, Rachel, and the Bunnings team for the excellent service!

We were looking for a water transfer pump we asked a staff member to help us and she didn't hesitate to assist us great service all the staff are happy to answer any questions or queries

Excellent and very outstanding customer service. Could spend hours in there. They always have everything I need.

I went here to get some plumbing parts. Staff were totally lazy and unhelpful and treated customers like they were a xxxxx nuisance. Worst Bunnings I’ve ever visited.

21.10.21 at 19: 00 The best Bunnings experience I've had for a long time was at this store today. Zack, Tenelle, Andrew & Aleisha & another young woman all offered to help me & if they didn't know off the top of their head they looked it up for me immediately. What more would I want? Sadly the only 5/5*'s I've been able to give for a while now here in Australia.

Obviously great prices but the staff are like ninjas you follow them around a corner and the have vanished lol

Must say EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED in customer service.
Needed help on some of the products but not one staff would offer any. Go to Mitre Ten and you get swamped with expert advice.
Bunnings should really pick up their game.

Just want to thank management today with handling it very professionally whith the incident with the problematic staf member.

Great place of course. Great gardening section with black thumb proof plants. Staff can be difficult to find for assistance.

Excellent team - always friendly and welcoming - has been my local shop for everything for my new home and easy parking and access (much more convenient than the one in the middle of town) - thanks team for always providing a great place to shop.

Service good, range good, location and parking good. Let down slightly when discovering items had been mispacked by manufacturer and called for substitute methods of build.

Tonight my partner and I went to Bunnings warehouse as first time painters! I would like to commend a young lady named Courtney working within the paint section! (25Oct21 at 1900hrs). Courtney was extremely helpful and very informative. We both left very impressed by her overall knowledge! Thank Courtney!

I love this Bunnings. Chris from the Tool Shop was extremely knowledgeable about placing a great set up for our roller door.while we are travelling around! Well done we feel a little safer and secure!

Bunnings what more can I say ps don't slip on the onions also I hear you can get your covid shot now while you shop hehe

Big hardware store with a big verity of things for sale. The the alleyways were a bit congested with extra stock to be put on the shelves. The staff were helpful, friendly, and just excellent.

Terrible experience staff members to busy talking with each other to help us load timber panel. Then we got accused of stealing when the check out lady keyed in the wrong quantity.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at this Bunnings. Can't always get what I want when I want it but if it's not in season we'll what can you do but wait or change your choice. Bunnings always has something there

The lady in the garden centre was extremely helpful. Checked out stock for me in the other store in town

Huge variety. Could spend hours in here and even more money. Great spot for plants and plenty of diy activities
