Great and helpful staff. Great place to shop for things you need for your house inside and out.

Why is bunnings rocky dragging the chain opening the doors to two way foot traffic. We are still being treated like we are in a cattle race when the Mackay and other stores dropped this many weeks ago. Surely the Covid rules are the same in Rocky as the other centres. Some of the staff are quite rude and aloof. This situation has deterierated over the last two years or so. Management seem to have lost touch with the idea of customer courtesy.

Bad Salesman at Rockhampton Bunnings

Went to Bunnings to buy a specific line trimmer kit for $229.
Salesman tried to talk me into buying similar product for $169.then I read box and says comes without battery or charger. Checked price of battery & charger $129. So he wanted me to pay $300 instead of $229 for the one I went there for. I bought the $229 kit with battery and charger. I may be on DSP but I'm no fool.

As well as 97% of the other customers at Bunnings at 8.45am on a Saturday, I was eager to get a sausage.but to not even have a hot BBQ going let alone have cold drinks available,
I wonder who is at fault. # 2weeksinarow

Disappointed. Waited for almost an hour to be helped in the Aisle 8 (Trimmers, hedgers) no sign of any staff, yet saw plenty of staff hanging around the Xmas decoration boxes near Info desk. Check security footage. Massive Fail

Same as always, there is nothing there when you need and they never have it when you don't need, il stick with mitre 10 at Yeppoon

I'm a bit biased as I like most Bunnings hardware stores. Though the Bunnings at Bundamba has a disappointing Tool section. The Tool section in Rockhampton is pretty good by comparison.

I love Bunnings, BUT tried to ask a question over the phone today and the girl from special orders was so rude, abrupt and disinterested.

Bunnings rockhampton, what can you say they have everything under the sun. For the tradie, the weekend gardener or handyman. If they don't have they will order it for. Also great kids playground and cafe for those needing to rest and refresh.

Went to Bunnings last week to buy a large toolbox myhusband picked out what he wanted. We asked a Bunnings service person for help and was toold that a sales person would be there, after waiting for over 20 minuteswe enwquired at the tool shop register about help and was told he didn't know anything instead trying to look busy and playing with the cash register no help was given and we left and spent our rmoney on line. Won't be back for a while.

Big Bunnings, has expanded with lots available as expected from Bunnings, all your hardware, plants and outdoor needs, can build your whole house inside and out here. Also a playground for the kids and coffee to keep you looking.

Massive store using the "narrow variety, wide selection " policy. By this I mean you may want particular lighting, however the lighting in store is of very few variables.

I also really enjoy navigating the park space flooded with bogan trash. An absolute nightmare.

Fabulous service. Had a problem with a product.within 20 mins had a new one delivered and the other taken away. Thank you Jordan.

Efficient staff know the details of the items. Customers shown to the items - saves time. Browsing is fun!

Your one stop shop for everything gardening and DIY. The staff are friendly and helpful and who doesn't like a cheap sausage on bread afterwards.

Some high prices, plants needed more water, stop counting dollars and start working you are a mega corporate. Overall Good, for now.

More than hands getting dirty here, when the reall work gets done.
