Bunnings has everything you ever would want for around the house and the staff are very knowledgeable.they have great affordable products that you can install yourself

Friendly staff, I'm not used to friendly staff from living in the UK! It's very refreshing to see chatty, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely disgusted by the service or lack there of in tonight's visit your door greeter was beyond rude and desperately needs retraining or replacing urgently if I could give negative stars I would. Will also be submitting a formal complaint to your head office.

More likely to find what you are looking for than the Yeppoon sore and for me it about 45 km just to find out what you are looking for like chain saw that I wanted and only to be told that I now need to go up to rockhampton and the one Yeppoon told me that thay didn't have it and now my 90 km trip just because 180 km

Bunnings is iconic and has fantastic variety but the service has deteriorated to below acceptable. Spoke to and asked for assistance from seven different staff in varying departments last visit. Only two were gracious, smiled and helpful.one couldn't smile at all, one didn't even turn around to face me despite helping a bit but would not look at me at all and others were just curt and offered a pretty poor demonstration of customer service. What a shame when Bunnings was always a great place to spend an hour or two shopping!

Very unfriendly and unhelpfull staff members, Not like the one in Fairfild Waters near Townsville. The staff there are so friendly and will go out of their way to help. Not at Rockhampton Bunnings.

Mostly run by female staff with zero hardware or handy man experience. And no help to customers. Young and old female staff with no trade experience at all giving advice to customers about expensive products.

Extremely disappointing. Wife gave me a simple task, was to put wheels on to her clothes airer. Bunnings had th castor wheels I needed for the job. But no plastic threaded steel tube incerts. Lol all the threads on all wheels were Imperial threads but all the plastic incerts were metric threads. The next day wife wanted a simple window blind on the kitchen window. Simple too easy.

Bunnings had a huge range of products to choose.yess I shouted but I yelled out Nooooo.there were different sizes whe it come to width but limited. EVERY ONE WAS 2.1M LONG OR 2 4M LONG/ DROP WHY NOT HAVE DIFFERENT SIZES. THERE IS USALLY ONLY ONE WINDOW IN A HOUSE THAT IS THAT SIZE. SLIDING DOORS.

Its not often we find good people in a industry but when we do it's nice to let them know they are appreciated. However, when you find "very good people" in a industry it's rare when its in abundance. Not only did I have one of the best chaps to serve me via phone sale but he went ubove and beyond to ensure my brother (who is disabled) received the items today, without having to wait for normal delivery. Brody is going to have a bright future. Of this, i'm sure. Also, I felt the store manager is well worth a mention as he obviously treats his staff with the recognition and encouragement they require to perform at their best. Well done to them both!

Erroneously double charged for item because it came in 2 separate boxes. Refund was given on to card as they "didn't have that much cash" (it was paid in cash), and now it's 3-5 business days until we will see the money in the account.

Hi.
It would be nice if your staff could tell your customers that spend $5000-00 in the last 4 week that you do Flybuys now.
Because I was just asked yesterday by a young guy if I had Flybuys. I said do you take Flybuys he yes for a while now. So I'm one angry customer as to how I'm going to get my $5000-00 dollars in points now. Have you got any suggestions

Mixed feelings today. Made the mistake of approaching three younger emplyees in tool shop (having a big old chat) to answer my question (big mistake). One young said ilse 6 (the numbers arnt on the ilses) so i started looking around whilst still in front of him and he evetually said that one over there just pointing. So ilse six was not where what I wanted was and to boot he could not be bothered moving to help me out.

In contrast; I went looking for someone a little older, these two guys were great, not only took me right to what I wanted but were interested and helpful. Thanks Colin your the best and a credit to Bunnings. I left with pretty much what I needed although one product no longer on the market I had to take a substitute for. Now I can have a crack at fixing the leaks in the roof.

Not enough registers open: I counted over twenty customers having to queue. Staff on the floor are often difficult to find and don't seem interested in serving customers. Items are out of stock regularly, as though whoever is responsible for maintaining stock levels isn't capable of doing their job. Those same items are usually available in Yeppoon, so it's unlikely to be a supply issue, just poor management.

When I visited bunnings, the staff were very polite and went out of their way to assist me, even though it was very busy and Christmas eve.

Look it's all way over north Rocky but it's worth it for the Ozito powerx range with bench top bandsaws to impact wrench and they mostly have above a 3yr handyperson use warranty. Great value for most things, though be prepared to waaaaalk to get everything you need. A hammock, a mower, a timber bench top slab, pipe fittings, or a complete kitchen. Staff are fine, usually just too busy to stop and meander around a topic but they try I think. Good parking even if you have a trailer on, and drive in to pickup at the large order roller doors. Same carpark has autobarn, petshop, maybe bcf last time I remembered.
