Bunnings Rockhampton reviews
64Favourite store ever. True to Bunnings, prices and stock prices and levels great. Staff are knowledgeable and wanting to give assistance when required. Kids play area and plenty of parking.
Very little stock, and Rockhampton seems to get the leftover stock, I have spent a large amount of money on timber which is 2nd rate, and most of the floor staff disappear when you need help, but the checkout staff are pleasant and helpful
Always like Bunnings, great variety of goods and outdoor furniture. Coffee shop coffee not a nice cuppa. Place is good for an odd bargain
Luckily Bunnings doesn't have a strict dress code. My main water line to the house decided to do itself in overnight so I spent the morning digging holes. Couldn't clean myself up as I had no water (obviously). Bunnings had the fitting I needed and I also bought another hacksaw off them.again.
Would like to thank the young man Lachlan who served me the other day. Exceptional service and enthusiasm! Nice to see a young person with a great attitude to work.
When this is the only Bunnings for hundreds of km, it is an ol'reliable. Garden centre has become a regular stop. The staff are friendly and helpful. They really are disturbed by odd projects. Make sure you leave enough time for the checkout. It can get a very long line.
Went in to get $1500 tiles 3 staff stood there and chated about there weekend and what they are doing next week after 10min waiting at the counter I left and went elsewhere the rude staff there that day was pathetic I will never use your tiles centre ever again
Poor customer service. Staff stand around talking. They need competition so they lift their game.
This is the best place to start off in search for tools, utensils and anything hardware related. There's also a garden with great tranquil atmosphere and a variety of vegetarian for sale.
Has every thing but prices have sneaked up, live in Emerald used to be worth the trip to Rockhampton for a buy up.now local shops on par
Not much help when looking for something seems the workers have not much knowledge in their own products
Still love this place. Has a wonderful variety of things. I can spend the whole day there and not even realise. Plus the coffee hub is a great place to refuel.
Well stocked and organised store, I would think this is one of the better Bunnings stores I have visited
Love any bunnings I walk into.all the employees are always so helpful.definitely the place to go as a backpacker for all your camping and random outdoor stuff you may need for life on the road!
Easy parking great selection of everything you could ever want! We were able to repair our van washing machine with a 14c washer so very happy! Oh, we changed our cheap plastic hose fittings with brass, much more durable.
As always, either out of stock on item I want or don't stock it. Hard to find staff member to help. Sometimes prices not competitive, eg power points $3+ dearer than local electrical retailer and $14 dearer than Brisbane electrical retailer. One stop super shop is a great concept.but Bunnings price points are too high to pay for convenience. And the concrete floors kill my back.
Rude and unfriendly staff here at Rockhampton, only go here if the item I need isn't sold anywhere else.
Everyone loves Bunnings, but the staff here in Rocky is what puts them above any other bunnings store in Oz. Jeff you will be missed mate.
Bloody hopeless shop full of people
No self service checkout only 2 checkout open 20 to30 people trying to get out shop else where if you can
This morning Friday 5 March I was assisted by one of the Bunnings Rockhampton staff. So I take this opportunity to thank Joel who assisted me finding the products I was after in the Plumbing section. Because the products where sheets 2.4 x 1.2 m in size Joel also got me a trolley and showed me where to park to load the items. While I was moving my car to the pick up area Joel commenced loading the trolley then helped me get it to the checkout.
I appreciate Bunnings staff are always friendly and helpful but Joel went that extra distance.
Please pass on my personnel thanks to Joel.
