Bunnings North Lakes

This is my Church,
every body goes to Bunnings on a Sundy. Simply brilliant. Every thing you need.every thing you want and everything you didnt know you must have.

Hard to find staffs when you need help, when you find staff most of the time they tell you to go and ask someone else because they don't know, one day I wanted to buy swann camera I took the display box to the tool shop this guy (fat balded head) told me he doesn't have it, on the display box it says product kept at tool shop then I went to customer service they told me to go tool shop.
The staffs will make you run around they not gonna call and check with other staff.

Always good to visit. Poor plants look very neglected though but in this heat and with fewer staff it is almost to be expected. Always good service here

Staff need to be uniform in their dog policy implementation.
Went two days in a row and both times got conflicting direction re their policy. Also not excusing a dog just because it's small and targeting larger breeds that are generally far better behaved than yappy little dogs.

Perfect! They've so much stuff it's great I just wish they left a water bowl out front for my dog. Needs a water dish for doggos

Back to their old ways. The price on the shelf is not the price charged at the checkout. Bought 7 items and 2 of them were dearer at the checkout. Never find them cheaper. Funny about that.

Would love a vending machine. Once the cafe is closed there are no drinks, apart from a water bubbler

I'm colorblind and recieved no help while trying to choose spray paint for a project.very disappointed.considering so many employees were just walking around with nothing to do

Slipped on an onion, managed to survive though.

Friendly and helpful staff. Love this store, not only do they offer competitive pricing but each and every staff I have ever come across is knowledgeable in their section. If they are not they will find you someone who is.

The store also has a small play area with a fence next to the cafe near the outdoor furniture.

Highly recommend them.

Rang the store to enquire about a masonary product.
On hold for 8 mintues then some one answered and they put me through to the section. (which went back to reception as i was on hold again for some time) I was asking if they had capping bricks in stock. Something i thought was a normal product for a hardware store. However the guy on the phone didnt know what i was talking about. Isn’t this a pretty normal question? Maybe i have to higher expectaiton to ask a hardware store that.

Most times I go there they're pretty good but one time I was returning things. And there was this older lady with glasses that was being really nasty to me and treating me like a criminal because I was returning tools that we're not working faulty.

Well laid out store with clear directions on the isles to help find what you are looking for. Open early to help get your day under way.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great with kids.
Clean shop and not once slipped on an onion.

I could have stayed there all day. But my wife had to get to an appointment. They have everything for your home and garden needs. Top shop!

Love the Bunnings store! Great staff, always willing to help with expert advice. Prices are low which is good. I'm a local so visit here quite frequently. However as a tip I recommend going to BBQ Galore in North Lakes to get your gas bottles. It's only $15 for the 9kg bottle refill. I recommend Bunnings drop their prices to match this.

Generally when I visit Bunnings I spend more money than I anticipated, and although I always leave a little poorer, I'm always a little happier too. Love this place!

Disgusted with garden area check out. Had 24 bags of garden soil on my trolley. I asked help for loading. The gentleman at the exit said he was busy greeting customers saying thank you for shopping. Asked me to go to the car and he will follow. Waited and waited. Eventually loaded myself.
A few minutes ago he had helped someone else with 1 bag of garden soil with no one else manning the exit. Makes me wonder of why?
Normally bunnings pages for helpers in my past experience.
