Bunnings North Lakes

Bad customer service. I bought a blower it did not work properly when I took it home. I went back to service desk and explained it. They thought I was lying and treated me in a rude manner infront of peole when ask for a exchange.

Tried to call just to talk to hire shop was waiting over 11 minutes at 520 pm their not busy, not happy

Great helpful friendly staff. The lady looking after us went above and beyond to help. Very neatly laid out store too with nice coffee. I think we will shop here in future.

Great staff willing to help. I personally use click and collect now so I don't get lost looking for things.

Was trying to get a fragrant potted lily but because it hasn’t bloomed yet I couldn’t tell so I turned to the staff for help. However, they couldn’t find one single flower expert with such a big nursery there!
First time I asked the staff she said not sure. Then when I was checking out I asked again to double check, the cashier of course also turned to the same staff for help. This time she kinda whinged about how I already asked once and simply said no, it’s not fragrant? So unprofessional

Bunnings is pretty good, if you go to one or 20 you pretty much know where to find what you need.

Trevor was a BIG help for us to buy a lawn mower. I loved his jokes, laughed a lot, I am sure he can take a spot in standing comedy: D He is the best staff ever in whole Bunnings! Thanks again xx

Place was huge. Spacious. The Staff? Meh. They don't cater to everyone. They choose who to attend to. Sad. Typical.

Burnings is Bunnings. But Bunnings Northlakes has what other Bunnings seem to be out of or no longer stock.

Have a huge range of products for the home diyer. Easy to check stock levels online before you go and great shopping hours. Can be slow to get in and out of the area during the day on weekends.

This looks to be the largest format Bunnings store in the region and has the broadest range of everything. Good parking, only challenge can be getting out on busy days as there is a huge amount of traffic from the Cosco opposite.

Love the range and all, just at times hard to find the right person from the right department to give assistance as it is a busy store.

Massive store with massive choice. Early mornings are best time to visit if you want to avoid typical Bunnings crowds on a weekend.

The team at Bunnings North Lakes last night were friendly, approachable and willing to help. The staff around the store acknowledged me when we crossed paths and asked if I needed help with anything. This was a far better experience than what I had at the Rothwell store. The inside of Bunnings North Lakes was also better presented and more organised than that of the other store.

I visit here almost daily as a builder. Pricing is always good.
Most staff are awesome.but always a couple of grumpies.
Self checkout on the app is excellent.

Bunnings is a place that has stuff you didn't know you needed but bought it anyway as it may come in handy at a later date. Now to execute a project so I can return to buy stuff that I need now and possibly find something else that may come in handy!

I would like to just say a very big thank you to one of your staff members. Her name is Dee and she was just so helpful with what I needed. It wasn't even her department as I was in garden irrigation isle. My problem was complicated but her knowledge was incredible and with time and effort she sorted it out. A huge big thank you to.her. With staff like Dee you can't go wrong.

There is plenty of parking. You are greeted by friendly staff. Before I went, I noted the aisle and bay of the products I was interested in. It is also well signed for the different types of products available. There is a great range of products for all your DIY needs.

I just experienced the worst Costumer service I have ever experience. (And I'm in retail).
The lady at the information Desk had a personality of a boot, not only was she unhelpful but rude. I think this Bunnings need to make sure when rostering staff onto Information desks and or customer service they pick the right staff with the right personality.

Hey I love Bunnings, I don’t care which bunnings it is. As long as it’s Bunnings I’ll give 5 stars
No I am not going to talk about dogs and birds in bumming or onion on top.
Let’s just ignore this and focus on exploring Bunnings.
