Usually a good experience there but I asked for help twice from a staff member and all she was interested in was talking to another team member and laughing instead of helping me with a product solution. Yeah finally sorted it myself.
Shopped at Bunnings North Lakes yesterday. Usually love this store, but lately I've been walking out and not buying anything. Lack of stock, expensive and staff don't seem to be interested in helping customers.will be going to my local hardware from now on.
North lakes had to be the top 10 stores on the northside of brissy great range friendly, helpful staff
More than pleased on my first visit there.would recommend to others.

Online shop and collect service is very bad. Takes forever to get order. Might as well just go inside and shop as normal.definately not convenient
Had most of the items i was after appart from 1 thing i need to get from a nursery. Staff are friendly however can be hard to find. Prices are very competitive.

5 star store in comparison to Rothwell. Always quickly restocked shelves on the popular items. Great range. Finding staff is never the highlight but if you lower expectations then when you do find one it makes your day.
Great customer service from a guy name Sean helped so much to find what I need to fix my guinea pig cage and gave alot of great advice on how to fix it
This is a good Bunnings, my preference in the area. Staff are always willing to help and will stop and ask if needing help versus some other local stores.
Very big bunnings. More spacious and stock than surrounding bunnings in the area. Buy everything you need from lawns to landscaping, BBQ's to outdoor furniture, all DIY products for the DIYer at home. They stock literally everything you need for inside and outside your home. If you can't find ask the team and they'll take you to where it is.
Probably one of the bigger Bunnings stores in South East Queensland, with a great range of products and services.
Had a very mixed experience here the other day, went to the shop to buy some stuff that online said was in stock and plentiful, got there to find the shelf bare, asked a staff member and he and another staff member worked very hard for about twenty minutes to find out where the stock was, I won't go into the details but the only reason that we had any trouble finding stuff was because of the laziness/stupidity of other staff members on the previous few days, we got there in the end thanks to the help of the team on hand, just unfortunate that I needed their help in the first place
I visited bunnings today to pick up a glue gun, a torch, some hollow wall anchors, sealant and some mineral turps.and somehow managed to spend 3 hours getting those items.well thats because the staff at bunnings north lakes are the friendliest you'll find and made me feel right at home.
Rude staff who would prefer to chastise customers rather than assist them. Very disappointed by how my partner was spoken to by two employees. Obviously a lot of flaws in their systems that could be easily solved instead of making customers feel stupid. Will not be returning.
Just your standard Bunnings, the snags are good the drinks are cold and you can never find a CSR when you need specific question answered
What can I say? It's a Bunnings. They all look the same, they have the same stuff and staff avoid you. It's neither a good or a bad place, just a Bunnings.

Jodie had a fantastic phone manner and trekked across the vast Bunnings aisles to assist us. Thought we may not find what we were after, it's certainly worth our time as we were helped immensely and promptly.:)
