Bunnings Nerang

So arrogant in that shop, on many organisations they don’t give you the time of day. I ended up removing all my AC sheets and going out of my way to Robina Bunnings, spend $600 and got great service to boot.
As director of Gold Coast Classic Renovations I will go where the customer service is.

It's like every other bunnings. Good engagement with the community with free events. Staff (when you can find one; that ebs and flows) are helpful and well trained, even when out of their 'section'.

Was sent to special orders to place an order for a new garage remote. Waited for over ten minutes with several staff members passing me. Finally someone realised I was waiting and got the young girl to come over and assist. Young girl walked up and turned to the couple who were only just approaching the desk with kitchen books and began to serve them. Terrible experience. Ended up walking away and ordering through another store with better customer service.

Neat and lots of seasonal products. Consistent. Sonetimes customer service is pretty ordinary though. Just depends.

The go to store. Dome staff arevery friendly and helpful. A couple of staff actualled looked the other way todaywhen i went in. This was disappointing as not the norm.

I have no choice but to return there this afternoon (after 6ish months of not going there) i'm actually dreading it, staff stare at you like you're stealing, pfffttt on your wages, i should be looking at YOU like you're stealing, not me! Then the wait at the paint counter (where last time a girl joked about did i damage my rental wall? And why do rentals always have such bland colours.) ummm no i own my house! And i chose this colour.keep your opinions to yourself.and don't even get me started on the special orders desk.

I have a ritual of everytime I go here (even If I don't buy anything) I grab one of the snags from out the front. Service is OK and it's a great place to have time to yourself with the family

Watch the woman in the paint department. I think she would even bite you if no one was looking. Totally arrogant and rude.

Should be better than what it is. Hard to find your way round and even harder to find help. And even harder to find help if you need help at your vehicle. Needs a revamp. Store and staff

Good size store. Same old product lines. They have a tendency to drop less popular items and overstock on common stuff just to fill the shelves.

Spend hours here and who doesn't love a sausage sizzle. If you don't know your way around leave yourself plenty of time because staff are few and far between. Otherwise best shop eva

Same as other Bunnings except most (not all) staff would rather be somewhere else. Last visit I couldn't find a stocked item and when I asked the team member from that area if they had any, he said "I dont think so. " and was happy to leave it at that. I needed someone to "know so". Turns out they did have it.

A couple of years ago, it was such an effort to return a faulty lawnmower, an old woman working there was usless and super rude and told me to go back to England lol

Had a wonderful.experience and spent all our money. Haha.plants were healthy and reasonable well looked after. Staff in garden centre very friendly.

As far as hardware goes this place is heaven. We bought plants, which included catnip and succulents, picture hooks that go in plaster and don't fall out. Their staff know where things are but not a lot about building trade work which is where I hope they go in staff training and selection, not just sales attendants.

Staff are great - aside from the body building jock who wont give you the time of day unless you are female, young and ' goodlooking'. He gets grumpy if you approach him as your question will interrupt his social tuning agenda!
However remaining Staff on the floor are very very helpful and quite knowedgable of all the products in store. Even up to the last moments of closing staff will go out of their way to help you.
Highly recommended.

Definitely the best bunnings, my grand daughter even had her face painted beautifully today for free, made her day, best garden section, our favorite Bunnings on the Gold Coast

This is our go to Bunnings store. Plenty of parking, great location and they've always got what we need.

Just your standard Bunnings. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Saturday morning sausage sandwich are yummo.

Staff are always quick to help if you need anything. Love the upgrade and the new flooring products that just arrived
