Bunnings Nerang

Incredible service from bunnings team. Hired a trailer twice from the service desk both times served by Nigel who was very kind and helpful.
This time I happened to be returning the trailer where it was stuck to my car and Russ and Warren immediately came to help. Very happy with their service.

Quick service but I recommend asking advice from an older employee as they seem to understand where things are and what their talking about alot more.

Staff were approachable, letting me describe the 'thingie-ma-bob' I was looking for. Gave accurate directions to where it was.
Check-out staff, Nicholas, had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. High skill level in connecting with customers, processing the transaction and not taking too much time.
He engaged with a father of two young children so well. Included the three year old in the transaction, whilst still listening to the parent.
When it was my turn, Nicholas had a natural, professional conversation style, with the transaction being completed smoothly and efficiently.

I'm surprised someone working in the tool shop had no idea what a plane is. Bit of training required there I reckon

I can't speak too highly of expert Liam who spent an hour today to help me with a returns issue. Superb customer service, just the way it should be, but often isnt. Thank you Liam.

Phoned twice and got hung up on twice, called a 3rd time and once my enquiry was answered I was abruptly hung up on again. Not impressed.

Website has changed, does not show aisle numbers anymore, tho is faster i much prefer the old one

I personally go to this store 2-3 times a week.mostly for work materials.staff here are great.trade section is actually usable and managed well.not perfect, but better than most.

Pretty good, just a few staff need to be retrained on some customer service. Had a few now that seemed unhelpful and didn't know their store very well.

So much to see. Very friendly staff and also very helpful. The person greeting people at the front door knows where everything is to be found, very knowledgeable.

The paint shop was under staff and with the paint shop people need help which takes time and some need extra time so it doesn't take long before there's a build up of customers so the powers to be should be aware and overcome the people waiting

Half ot the staff, dont want to be there, will not go out of their way to help, have no idea of how to be pleasant to customers.rude unbelievable.

I've had some not so nice experiences at this store, but they've really stepped up their game. Amazing friendly service and cheaper prices with the power pass card!

They do not do price match with bbq galore gas bottle swap. Charged full price $26.95 refused price match with BBQ galore $19.65 date 30.01.2021. Not happy!

Great store, always restocked fast with new items. Special shout out for the outdoor/garden team for be so helpful. Your horticulturist Cindy is a total legend, and she saved my Alocasia when I thought all hope was lost

Got something to do at home go here and you get exactly that buy everything you need to make your house look nice, clean or just want to build something to Spice up

These 5 stars are specifically for Bruce (from painting I think, but he helped me in plumbing). He was super knowledgeable and happy to help me, even though I interrupted him doing something else in another section. I wouldn't have gotten the right part if it weren't for him, and he took the time to explain how it worked and what to do. I think Bunnings Nerang are lucky to have Bruce, with his extensive knowledge and friendly, helpful customer service. Thanks very much Bruce!

Great staff, polite and helpful. Had to return an item, and though I could not find the receipt. Happy with the service.

Very handy with a large range. Some very helpful staff as well! Thanks to the girls in special orders and trade for their frequent assistance. A big thanks to Gordon in plumbing and kitchen/bathroom areas for lots of quality advice the last year or so! Keep up the good work!

Only go here if I really have to. Absolutely rubbish customer service. Staff are always to busy talking to each other rather helping customers. They even feel like it is okay to treat customers in a condescending manner. I have complained to management giving evidence of the situation without an outcome! Tried to pursue me with a $50 Gift voucher that I never recieved.
