Could get lost in here for days

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ollie and Noah in the paint section over the weekend. So helpful, genuinely cared for what I was needed and also the lovely lady helping the boys with customers. Top job!

Customer service across the board has been really awesome over the past 5 months as we undergo a renovation project. On average I was in store 3-4 times a weekend and enjoyed every interaction. Shoutout to Alec, Rachel but all staff have been lovely including the young newbies who were shocked how much paint costs

Went here yesterday for some plant and landscaping advice and was ready for the usual “where’s the bunnings employee scavenger hunt”. But to my surprise was given exemplary service by a young man named Mitch who sought me out straight away! He helped me with everything I needed and is the reason I would visit this bunnings again. 10/10

Good supply of stock. Staff are always there to lend a hand. Great for any DIY projects. They do however have quite a few items out of stock so I will have to venture to other Bunnings to find it.

Great store has a fantastic garden section, just love going to look at plants, the garden team look after everything perfectly!

Staffs are friendly, professional and helpful, and the service is excellent. Appreciation goes to Oscar and Scott, who was absolutely helpful and helped me to fix my saw the other day—highly recommended!

This is one of the better Bunnings here on the Coast. There are 2 closer so don't go there much

If every business had an Allen in their plant? Or any store there would never be a complaint.
Helpful is an understatement, he went above and beyond his role.
In addition Alex at the service desk made my transactions seamless.
I sincerely hope their bosses realise what gems they have in these gentlemen

Five stars for making my last shopping experience with you a great one.
On Tuesday 23 November while spending an age browsing the store I found the music being played to be awesome. I've not enjoyed background eighties music while I shop as much as that before.
I know this review is not much use to most people, but I just wanted to let Bunnings know that they made one customer very happy

Went to buy a 8.5kg Bottle of gass they were going to charge me $27 for swap n go, same Bottle exchange at Burliegh is $19.90?

Needed tiles for the bathroom and grout and sealer. Thank you Alex for doing such a superb job. Great customer service

Worst service ever, never going back. I will go back to my local store where i get looked after not treated like dirt.

Wrong product delivered.told by staff we ordered wrong item.invoice says different.then were told product not in stock.it was.sighted by us prior to placing order.even took screenshot of item to avoid confusion.second attempt at delivery the driver told its been delivered.thank goodness driver persisted.finally delivered.some of the worst customer service I have experienced.great service from both ANC drivers.

At times I did not enjoy Bunnings, however the lovely, helpful service here is a true pleasure. The staff take the time to really help and listen to what you need. Call out to Julie, Lisa, Campbell and Mic, thank you to each one of you for taking the time to help, despite being busy!

We have just moved to the area and we were pleasantly surprised to find it was a larger Bunnings, with a with a wider range than our previous local Bunnings. Been there 3 times now and each time we were served by a wonderful young man, Nicholas, he gave us the best customer service we have ever received. Nicholas is friendly, respectful, super helpful and we have left feeling on top of the world. We wish we still had a business so we could offer him a job. A wonderful shopping experience, Thank you Bunnings and Thank you Nicholas.

Chelsea from paint helped me so much! I was unsure of what colour paint to choose and she provided advice and had great knowledge of the products and paints! Will definitely visit again.

After we searched and searched for a while, had the help of another lovely staff member, then you went over and above to find the stock for us. A real.credit to the Bunnings Team! After checking online i found the shelf empty
I waited in a long queue
I asked the lady at the desk for assistance
She checked the computer and told me there was 5 left
Then instructed me to go find them
After searching i discovered them on the top shelf
I had to wait in a long queue again to inform her
She then called for assistance
