Bunnings Mackay North

Very poor checkout service. Heaps of people waiting and none on the checkouts except where you return items. Eventually one checkout opened.

Bunnings in general are great. The only critasism of these stores is the a lack of customer rewards programs. At one point I was spending over $500 a week on things I needed to renovate, but the best they offer is a 5% discount for ABN holders. Not much good to me! Something to think about Bunnings? And the checking of receipts at the door is just plain insulting when you've been watched paying at the checkout!

Excellent service- I had keys cut on weekend and they didn't work. Went back and they cut new keys without any fuss and with a smile on their face.

Kind staff and a huge variety of items! I started quail farming and gardening last year and so far have had everything I needed, from cages waterers/feeders, to hydroponic set ups there's not much they dont have!

Very friendly and polite stuff clean and tidy and has public toilets and has a kids play area and you can eat and drink here as well has Bunnings has there own little cafe

Apparently a great Bunnings! I have a friend who sometimes who considers himself a Bunnings aficionado. When visits us here in Mackay he always looks for an excuse to go to Bunnings North Mackay and says it's the best Bunnings he's been to. Every staff member you bump into is very helpful and friendly. Bunnings North Mackay have it sorted!

Found the staff very unhelpful. Was made to feel like I was an inconvenience to them. The product i wanted was on top shelf. Staff said there was no stock and to go to paget even tho I could see it was there. She disageed with me. Bad service

Perfect location to shop has everything bring your wallet ha great service and staff nice shops nearby

Never had a problem going to this bunnings.
I've renovated my whole house through these guys and it looks great.

Big bunnies store. Can find almost everything you need for a DIYer.

A little confusing when trying to find something but can always find a friendly staff member to help out.

Great hard ware store. Always have what i need for home renos. Staff are friendly and know what to do when we need help. The items i want are always in the price range that i want. I would definately reccomend this store to a friend

Bunnings has been a blessing scince coming to mackay. Lots of range. Prices can be up and down. But customer service is always pleasant.

Great place. I wasn't offered service for some time although staff said hello when walking past. When I was served it was friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back

Was unsure of where a product was. The greater pointed it out exactly and all team members were very cheery.
