Bunnings Mackay North

We just about live in here. The store is close to us in Andergrove, and has all we might need. Staff are friendly and some of the bargains are real good. We always come back here.

Popped in to this bunnings to buy a cordless engraver. Which sadly you didnt have, however the service was awesome at one stage 4 staff came into the tool shop section to help try to find it. Excellent friendly service

Fantastic helpful service & friendly staff. Had issue with a online order which wasn’t resolved in store but later Bunnings called and advised the issue was resolved. Very helpful in store trying to resolve.

Easy to find stuff today, some stock missing but to be expected with restrictions still in place

Ask the staff about stock before driving around and they assure theres pleanty. Drive to both locations and no stock. Usless staff

Big bunnies store. Can find almost everything you need for a DIYer.
Special kudos to the guys in the cut shop. They are very helpful and professional. Keep up the good job.

Had a big project in Dec 2021. Didn't have get a special orders from October while Special Orders team could not provide any tracking info and didn't seem to care much. The delivery was a big mess with many things missing.
As an occasional visitor to Mackay I can definitely notice that service quality and customer care dropped significantly.

I always buy from Bunnings but must admit that Bunnings do not have their customers interest at heart. Being low on stock they have increased their prices significantly and I will now shop around for better deals elsewhere.
I know business is business but being greedy is not on.

I called up to see if a product was available to be told there was 9 of them infront of the lady. Went in to buy one and there was none available. Absolute waste of time

Forced to post this just to get rid of the annoying push message asking me to post something. Totally ruined my experience of going there.

Terrible service had to wait in line for ages as their was only one person serving not very happy as they have heaps of staff but none willing to help and when we were looking at stuff we needed and they could clearly see we were looking they blocked off that area

Ask the staff kennel dog, he said they don't have it. But we saw on the top
A lot of item available and has good discount.

The best thing about this Bunnings is the quality of the Cusine at the cafe with really reasonable prices and outstanding service of the workers
The staff, Anne and Ebony on top of their game, happy to be there and fast and focused when preparing coffee or chai or tea, polite and respectful when talking to customers and go that extra mile to get you what you want
With all the products and great service at the cafe, you're actually better off shopping here instead of Canelands or Mt Pleasant as you can get a great meal and drinks and still get all your shoppings needs done

Very impressed over all but the great service and food including tiramisu and cakes and hot pies and quality spinach rolls makes this a place worth returning too

Bunnings should have Staff on Paint section that know the products. Hopeless.
More training would be great.

Huge store with heaps of quality products, only problem was that we had to wait to purchase our items as there was only one person on registers with a line of customers

I had something I needed so Adam on the trade desk was extremely helpful, got me what I wanted and talked me out of something I didn't. Tanya cut the timber to size in no time flat, them David directed me to the timber screws. I asked about a cordless drill, so he took me to that department, asked what my budget was and found the perfect drill for this novice. More than happy with the customer service of your staff. I'll be back.

When I asked about a products location and the location which I was looking all I got was if it’s not there it’s not here in such a rude manner. Disappointed with the lack of customer care. Paget seems to have more time for its customers.

The staff are lovely, patient and very helpful. The staff members, Sue and Chloe who were working this morning were excellent in providing high quality customer care. Strongly recommend Bunnings in North Mackay. Great team.

Extremely helpful staff brought some new power tools and they explained how to get extra warranty i didn't know about

They have all your needs from building materials to gardening needs plus the classic sanga banga at the bbq out the front

Bunnings warehouse in Mackay, was the best move l recon they did since the last place they were.
Not only that l found the people in store were very helpful and made shopping there a delight.
