Returned a small appliance that I bought 6 months ago which suddenly stopped working today. Can't say enough good things about Bob and Tina who facilitated a quick changeover. 2 thumbs up and five stars, thanks guys!

Staff today were exceptional. Found everything where I thought it would be and came away having somehow filled a trolley!

Bunnings has it all! From their gardening section to finding a hobby you didn't know you had an interest in, but saw it as you were browsing isles looking for the item you are actually there for to buy. However, if you don't go there, you won't know what you don't want.

I love this place, I ruther come to bunnings for window shopping than in the shopping centre, they always have what you need for, specially fixing things or want to make something like cabinets, I always go straight to there garden sections and outdoor nursery area while my husband go around the tools section. The sausage guys outside is handy specially, you can have a quick bite to it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always a pleasure to shop at Bunnings. Easter Sunday today and I was greeted by the Easter bunny

All your hardware needs. Stop in on weekends and support the local community with their sausage sizzle. Have great workshops too.

Most staff are helpful.unfortunately we managed to pick someone who looked like she had just eaten a lemon.the next service lady was lovely though.

Large parking area, excellent range of products, extremely helpful staff, quick service. If you wish to you can even have a coffee and a bite to eat.

Lots of stock but cost still to high for pensioners one 600 x600 concrete paver cost more than i receive on my pension for one day

Lots of variety. Very friendly and customer focused staff. Good kids gated play area and weekend activities. Cafe is very good. I would live in this place if I could. One of my favourite places. Go in for one thing and come out with six other things! Clean toilets and disabled toilets and parking available.

Usually good sevice but sometimes you have to find someone to help by walking up and down the aisles.

Where lowest prices are just the beginning. Never a truer word spoken, with everything you'd ever need or think of. Outstanding service and the ubiquitous sausage sizzle make Bunnings a no brainer for all your hardware and handyman needs.

Shop around.don't just settle and go straight to these guys.many many times have found same or better products for cheaper eg, cairns hardware to name just one.bunnings is way over rated IMO.

My adult and honest version of not really cheating. Honey just going to get some milk.oops spent 400 non essential dollars but added 8 million smiles to our home.bunnings you are a fabulous mistress.shhhhhhh

Great place to find garden tools and hardware. Although I find the store organization a bit confusing. I was looking for flagging tape and searched through the whole store before I found it near the power tools.

Bunnings yep the place of dreams if the haven't got it then you really don't need it.lol great staff very friendly and helpful

They weren't that helpful. I brought a battery and charger in January, they said they didn't have any in stock and didn't know when they would. I asked if they could ring me when they came in they said no one would remember. I asked if Smithfield (the other store in Cairns) had any, they checked on the computer and said they did. They made no attempt to ring and make sure, I had to do it and then ask them to put one aside for me.

My kids love the playground. Combined with their great range if hardware, this makes it easy for me to get jobs done while looking after the kids.
