Bunnings Cairns

Very average. Took a while to find someone who knew where things were. Most of the staff were not interested and just stood around talking to each other. Been to a few bunnings but this one is way down the list. Need to teach customer service

Stock not being replenished which is either lazy staff or no coordination. Not good for business, but it's Bunnings so I guess they will get away with it.

Need anything bathroom, laundry, lighting and plumbing, Shaz is an absolute legend. She is such a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful lady. On a busy Saturday, even arranged people to help me to my car and load it all. Thanks so much and hope your managers know what an asset you are!

Visited Bunnings Cairns today. Father in wheel chair.after finding what we needed.father's lap loaded, myself pushing his chair one handed whilst carrying a chair with my other hand on my back.staff casualy chatting away and absolutely no offer of assistance.then to push him from exit toward garden centre entry as that was the only available disable parking.still with no offer of assistance. I question whether I will be back. And yes.register staff stood and watched.as did staff at doirs

Hard to find an employee. When I did she wasn't very helpful too busy changing tickets etc. Found a man who was very helpful. Will be back when stock arrives.

Bought many items for my Cairns to Adelaide roadtrip. This Bunnings store compares most favourably to any of their stores in Adelaide. Probably even better.

I would like to make the management of bunnings aware of the excellent service that Sarah on the door delivers. She is efficient and a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I are in bunnings almost every weekend we look forward to seeing Sarah as soon as we walk through the door. She is great at her job. Thank you Sarah.

He is efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.

Today's shopping at Bunnings cost me $500+. More new stuff coming to my home next month. This storage box is good for all your toys in one box. The storage units on the trolley with other stuff cost me a few hundred dollars money well spent a couple of weeks ago.

5 stars because there's no reason to fault this store. It's always clean, supply is as strong as it can be with Covid issues in mind. Staff are friendly and helpful. I seem to locate team members faster at the city store than the Smithfield store, which always makes the trip more efficient. Prices are always competitive. It's a major chain, and in as much meets, and goes above the standard. Staff are knowledgeable also, which makes me feel confident going in when I have no idea what I'm looking for.

Love a good trip to bunnings. Just wish they would change the snags back. They dont taste the same anymore

Always the place to shop for anything. Lots of stock good place to hang out for a cuppa and relax. Bought the racks last month.

Absolutely incredible experience. As soon as I got out of the car I shouted “Oh my GOOOO…. ” and kept shouting “OOOO” until I got to aisle 28. I was so excited to be at Bunnings. I immediately found the pair of secateurs I was looking for and they were perfect and cheaper than I was expecting. Then on the way out I got a Bunnings snag and I said to the sausage man “onion on top thanks mate! Ha ha ha ha”. But he didn’t laugh. That’s why I only gave 4 stars - maybe speak to the sausage man and tell him to laugh at people’s jokes in future.

The sausage was very delicious though

They had our hire van ready when we needed it for as long as we needed it.

I love Bunnings in Cairns. The team are usually helpful and the store is bright and well stocked. As a newly independent woman I've had to learn a lot about diy. The guys in the tool shop are great. Especially Phil who is knowledgeable, fun and friendly and makes a scary place for a woman a lot less intimidating.

AND 3YRS LATER STILL NO SHADE FOR YOUR DISABILITY PARKING. Might be time to bring some media attention to this problem.

Great Range of products. The great downfall is the only Disability Parking available is alongside the building in full sun & unlike the regular parking has NO shade covers. No good places to transfer in heat
