Bunnings Bethania

Was in the nursery and this middle aged staff lady was so rude to me.made me feel unwelcome and that my questions were inferior to her personal high-ness.wont be going back just because of that blonďe lady!

Questionable returns policy - gave us a hard time when returning a product with a major fault that was unsafe and made us feel like we were the problem. I’ve given two stars because of the lady who actually helped us with another product query. Bunnings need to think of the customer more than or at least equivalent to their suppliers.

Well the car park wasn't full. Either was the store but the time was about 2.30pm.
Not too many staff around, I knew what I wanted. As I was departing the store that's when customers began to arrive, school pick up time I guess

Large Bunnings store with a large range. Unfortunately this particular store seems to be understaffed as only one check out was open with a large queue.

Three team members walked past me in trade no greetings or offer of assistance despite confusion obvious on my face. Same with two other team members in hardware. Poor performance in my opinion as as former Burnings NZ expert and tradesman.

The staff can be a bit unhelpful sometimes but on the most part friendly and helpful.

Went there this afternoon to buy some fly screen mesh, after walking around no one difference assistance went to the counter and asked for help. The lovely lady behind the trade counter announced twice for assistance and after 20mins no one had come. Poor service. Don't live in the area and won't waste my time coming back.

Was very poor service went to pick up a vacuum cleaner the service I got was abysmal had to make 3 trips back to the shop for them to give me all the parts they gave me the wrong price on the phone for how much it was going to cost to rent I really do think it was unacceptable so for this visit I give them a minus

The staff are very helpful. Especially with the plants. One member went out the back to find me a vac bag for my blower that was on clearance. Much appreciated as I didn't realise how expensive they are.

This is my favourite store. The people are great and the selection of goods is endless. If I ever have any merchandise problem, there is never any hassle to fix - thank you.

Staff are not friendly at all everything seems to hard for them, staff only do the bare minimum. Very poor customer service. I am only 10 minutes away from this store and chose to drive the extra 20 minutes to the next Bunnings.

Great service, variety of stock. However, not all items advertised on website are actually even available at times.

Big store with everything you're likely to need. The staff in the gardening section were very insightful and enthusiastic while answering my novice questions. Big thumbs up!

Worst Bunnings i have been too, staff too busy chatting to eachother to help customers, been there 7-8 times and never been asked for help once by staff.and when i do need help i usually have to wait in a line

Never really had any issues with Bunnings but they need to make sure when stocks are low need to be fill shelves, not wait until empty before restocking can be abit annoying.

I had a portable aircon that I had returned from another bunnings, ended up bethania was the only store that had the same aircon
I got served by travis he had excellent customer service skills also pricematched my unit for same price i paid on returned one
Will come to this bunnings from now on!

It's not my usual store so I needed lots of directions. Staff were patient and very helpful. Plenty of staff were available for the Christmas rush

The lady who served me polite and had a smile when she greeted me at the self serve but no product knowledge unfortunately. That's why I gave a 4 star.

Succulents are ALWAYS riddled with mealy bugs or slugs and in very bad condition, selling for full retail price and when asked to mark down they take 50cents off even if the plant is almost dead

Service was as bad as every other Bunnings I've been to. In stead of serving the tradesmen waiting so they could go to work. This woman at the trade desk was more interested in chatting with her co worker about how busy it was the day before.
