Love this Bunnings and its staff.so helpful
They just need to ditch Capital Transport for their deliveries.they are terrible!

Had to pay full price to order something they couldn't guarantee from Melbourne and if they couldn't get it with Covid no money back.

Classic Bunnings, pretty good range of most items, good staff. My only gripe is that the garden section has too slow a turn over and a very limited range.

Love Bunnings.this one's no different! Some of the (very friendly & helpful) staff need to brush up on which items they do/don't stock however?

One of the few bunnings where MOST of the staff won't run away from you if you need help or give you the grrr another customer look. All in all is another Bunnings.

Always a good place to visit. Staff are extremely helpful, the café good and the staff give excellent advice which I sincerely need as a DIY pensioner.

This is a great bunnings, totally my go to bunnings in this area, always has stuff in stock, staff are always friendly, and great range, I go past a mitre 10 to get my stuff here:)

I like it there. I take my little puppy in the trolley, no one minds and everyone is very helpful. Of course the gardening section is pricey but the heart wants what the heart wants. As I said I do like it there. Nice coffee and service too.

Just wanted to say huge Thank you to Kerri from Bethania Bunnings for being so helpful and consistent in sourcing our requirements today - Wood Heater and Hearth, it was quite hectic after speaking with other stores between Kingaroy, Toowoomba, Rocklea, (that were also helpful!).
Kerri went above and beyond for us, Cheers for your excellent service and call back to ensure we were all good. Mosty Appreciated:)

Have been going to this store for a long time but not any more. The staff is rude specially the short fat woman at the checkout near the plants exit - wish I had her name.

Very good store, always get good customer service, there is always someone you could find if you have any questions.
Usually its hard to find someone for help jn Bunnings but not in this store, i always feel great when i go to this store.
They have huge range. Its a nice clean store.
Enough parking available at any time time of the day.
I highly recommend this store!

Friendly staff that are always happy to help. Very knowledgeable, and I love that if the staff member I'm chatting with doesn't know the answer, they find someone who does instead of either making something up or just saying "I dunno" and walking off.

Doesnt allow you to buy gift cards through afterpay even though you advertise you do! And have staff saying also. Fix it

Looking for a type of plastic wood made into a panel to use for garden decking for a unit. Instead of using up our forests, use plastic wood.

The staff I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. I was able to get what I need in a fast timely manner without having to waste time searching for what I need and waiting.
