Always easy to get in and out of and can usually find helpful staff. Love seeing the dogs allowed in.

One female staff on the exit of the timber yard, always delaying cars getting checked and exited. She take your receipt to check, find someone else to talk to and leave you waiting, then come back and talk 120km per hour to tell you about her busy day and trying to juggle multiple tasks, then makes comments on every item you buy, then talks about having to check everything, and the list goes on and on. It us becoming nerve wracking having to drive out of the timber yard. Nothing is straight forward, we work hard in hit sunny days then we have this. This is not friendly or good customer service, it is nerve wracking attention seeking and unhealthy control.

Hardware store with good variety of stuff. Service is friendly, too. Great prices on some products, too.

Really good service there I contacted them by phone to make sure the product was there before I drove there, they were really helpful and reserved my item and left it at the service desk, will return for sure.

Pros.
Exceptional customer service. Team members are knowledgeable and willing to assist further with product sourcing between members and special orders.

Cons.
Before buying tools check whether bunnings stocks parts and accessories as most are not stocked through them. Have discussed issue with Management Team regarding this.

Example: they sell Toro mowers $1000+ but don't stock maintenance parts

Waste of time, online says it's in stock. Get there and there's nothing, or they'll have the container but no lid. Constant disappointment.

Everyone who works here is always happy to lend a hand when needed or let you know which other Bunnings has what you're looking for but it usually has everything you need. Ute hire is a bit of a hit or miss but overall not bad.

It's a Bunnings, they're awesome! Staff here are very good tho. Especially Tom, he deserves a mention for always being super helpful

They don't honor their price beat promise. Staff don't even know amazon australia actually exists and sells in australia as bunnings competitor. Pretty poor service.

Lovely experience wide range of items always have what I'm looking for and incredible customer service. Out of all the staff that have directed me around I personally would recommend this staff member called booe he was very kind and very good at finding the stuff I needed.

As much as I love shopping at Bunnings in general, this particular store always seems to be out of stock. The last 5 visits, they have not had an item or items we were after. To top it off, there is never any staff around to assist when help is needed. Every occasion we needed advise or help pertaining to a product, we'd need to walk the store to find help. When we eventually find help, the staff can't answer our questions and end up leaving us waiting 5 - 10 min whilst they find someone else to help us.
Not the best Bunnings I've shopped at. Pity that it's the closest one to me. As I said, I love Bunnings in general and have noticed a downward trend in service deliver in the last 4.5 years.

Was trying to ratchet strap a plastic kids pool in my Ute tray and I was struggling with the straps. A worker by the name of Jenny was arriving to start her shift and asked if I needed help. I said I was about to give up and go inside to ask but she stepped in and helped me out. She wasn't even clocked on! Way to go above and beyond Jenny! Thank you, I am a little sunburnt but the pool got home safe thanks to you! Excellent service!

I highly recommend the staff and manager Jake at this store everyone was polite and every so helpful a young lady Christine I think her name is went above and beyond her role to help and all this was over the phone even before I got to the store thankyou again to this amazing team

Love Bunnings I call it the Gods warehouse as u can find anything there but today at this one was easier then most others

You always find what you need there. It's an Australian institution, Bunnings provides for Modern Culture.

She was so hopeful went out of her way to find what we were looking for and found it. Smile on her face lovely tone in her voice and just made it a good experience

Would like to shout out Dylan from service desk and forgotten his name sorry but the other gentleman who helped us with the gazebo today, both were very helpful and accommodating when we couldn't get the exact one we were after and sorted it out that we could still get roughly the same thing for no additional cost. Great service guys, thank you for your kindness.

As if I wouldn't love bunnings. Just to stir the pot. I got a snag and managed to distract them long enough to get the onions on top of the sausage.neh neh

I'm not a fan of Bunnings. I think they're very much over priced on plants, pots, most other things in the garden centre.
