Bunnings Acacia Ridge

Today visited the place first time, whole fresh new look. Variety of Bunnings typical stuff. Staff is cooperative. Ample parking available. Disabled parking available.

Staff are still in training. The young lady at self-service checkout was very rude. Older staff were much more friendly. Need more mystery shoppers to help train.

Fabulous place. Nice large isles. Plenty of very helpful and pleasant staff. Wonderful place to shop.

Super clean and new, however staff still don't know where things are located. Super helpful though and friendly.

Great set up, undercover parking is a plus, easy to find everything you need, friendly and helpful staff members

Depending on what staff is on as to whether or not you'll get good help! The problem with Bunnings is they have started to lay their stores out opposite to other stores so there is no consistency and awfully confusing when you're used to another store and you walk into a new one. I believe that if you're going to have a business model that you should be very consistent, also there is low quality high profit rubbish on sale as opposed to independent hardware that sell better items.

Bunnings is Bunnings or so I thought.until I walked into the Acacia Ridge store and found it is just like any other store, only twice the size. Double the size means way more variety in stock and so.better pack a lunch or visit the cafe' or the usual sausages on a slice of bread out the front because walking around will take some time. I found asking the staff where I could find products was only somewhat helpful.being a brand new store with brand new staff I really did feel for them, with literally thousands of items in stock it must be a difficult thing to deal with but overall.friendly staff who will get better in time.

First visit to this store. Very impressed with the under ground car park and the store has a cooling system which makes great difference. Huge elevators, very spacious and tidy.

I love having this super store so close, I drive past it to work each day, it's awesome to be able drop in and get stuff on my way home, good one Bunnings

I don’t normally go to Bunnings since my husband does most of the shopping in Bunnings, however I have to say I really enjoy going to Acacia Ridge Bunnings, the staff there are all very friendly and helpful, every time I went I would come out with a smile

I was advised to use a product by one of their staff. However after using the product i found it was not suitable for what I needed it for I returned to the store and the Staff member named Jack assisted me. I was very impressed with how proactive they were in finding a solution for me. One of the best services i have had in any store! Thank you very much.

Brand new Bunnings! Larger than ones in my local area. You need to be handed a map when you enter the store, just because of its size. I got quite lost based on the directions provided by the young lady on the front door. She was so new she had no idea where anything was either! Once you get the some experience of where things are it would become easier to navigate the store, however that was not my initial experience.
