Bunnings Acacia Ridge

Went to buy a new sander and couldn't decide what would be the better option for what I would be using it for. The staff member named Alfio was such a great help and I definitely walked away feeling like I'd made the right choice on the sander. Plenty of parking. I did find some staff to seem like they didn't really want to be there but hopefully won't have to deal with them next time I go in.

Helpful staff, good range. No checkouts were open though, not even self serve, had to go to service desk to checkout.

Too few staff, one person on registers and self serve never open. Often long wait at returns and service desk. Nice store otherwise.

WOW! Just found the BEST ever Bunnings! Visited last Friday to have a 'look around' (BIG MISTAKE!). Not really. This is without a doubt, the best store ever. Staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, store is AIR CONDITIONED, Beautifully laid out wide aisles, thousands of products, great garden section and a multitude of pluses! We came out with products which have been unavailable anywhere else. Loved the variety. The cafe was the best Bunnings one we've been to, enjoying a nice quiet lunch after my surgery at the skin cancer clinic. I looked like the 'Invisible man' swathed in facial bandages, but this did not deter the lovely young man in the cafe from providing us with great service and actually 'fresh food' and a welcome coffee. All this while there is a massive undercover car park keeping the car cool. It was a sheer pleasure. My other half thinks I'm 'addicted' to hardware, and he 'shudders' if I mention 'Hey, I have an idea', ha We didn't even get to see half of the store as I had to leave and rest. Good bye Browns Stains with your lack of service, lack of information and your indifference to helping customers. This new store will definitely be our new 'go to' from now on. I've already advised all our friends in the area. Well done everyone! Hope the standard keeps up and the service maintained.

My kind of Bunnings. Plenty of stock and a proper trade area. The parking situation was great.
Better than most of the other Bunnings stores I've been to in Brissy. Two thumbs up for this big green shed.

I am visiting for Melbourne and the people in the store have been outstanding. Service has been prompt and useful advise. Especially mention to Daniel in paint and all the guys in the trade section. Much appreciated

Just had the most frustrating visit to Bunnings Acacia Ridge. Please put a supply of trolleys up near your heavy items like potting mix! Which is a mile away from where they are. A nice girl brought one up to me but then I couldn't find what I wanted and there was no-one to ask, left in disgust

This place is every handyman's heaven. Easy access and parking, great and helpful team, ready with advice. The selection is endless.

I have just had the most wonderful visit to this store, Joshua thank you for your help, your colleagues also very helpful I asked at the help desk if they had a coffee shop as I had to wait a few minutes to get my wood cut to size at no extra charge mind you, Yes they do, I was given a free coffee voucher! When my wood was cut I was asked did I need it put in my vehicle, this is service you don't see often. I am an older lady and this kind of service is much appreciated. Well done Bunnings staff. The coffee was great too!

Hardware, plant nursery, building materials, pool cleaning equipment, and automotive all under one massive air conditioned roof. I could easily spend an entire day without getting bored.

Everything is still new and shiny. Floors may be slippery so beware. Got what I wanted without too much issue.

I received customer service par excellence from Lochie early this week. Lochie took great pains to help me look for an item that I had lost. He even searched the rubbish bin. He was very informative and articulate, and gave me all the information I required to obtain it from other areas. His whole approach and attitude was so pleasant and friendly! Lovely staff. Great lpg cylinder swap for approx $21/- park car near swap area and staff help you load full cylinder if they are male.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful! It's a lovely atmosphere and while it isn't as large as other Brisbane stores, they have more than enough variety to choose from. From advice with plants, to needing items delivered, all of the staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist where they could.

Customer service is absolutely appalling had to go the information counter to get served as no checkouts were open even self serve was shut and when the queue got bigger they wanted to send people back to a counter where the tools were sorry but not good enough never go back the service at the Stafford Bunnings could teach you all about excellent customer service they are awesome.

New style build which means all the parking is under cover. The usual friendly and helpful staff are knowledgeable. All in all everything I've come to expect from Bunnings.

The front operator, Dee who answered my call purposely hang up on me because there was no-one in the kitchen/ special order department who can answer my call. Now, that's a horrible customer service

This is the best Bunnings because no one else uses it. Don't go there you won't like it. There are no lines at the checkouts and you can get a Carpark at the door.
